I'm struggling with Topaz,please if anyone is into it help!

So I have my Tumblr page where I post edits and gifs mainly for RV and I always used Topaz for like performances and all that and it would come out pretty great and I was really into it even tho it was hell of a job but idk I just got used to it,Topaz doesn't work for CC idk why but it works for CS5 extended 

UNTIL it started crashing

I did my usual,files into stacks,make it to layers,crop it,resize it and then click on topaz action and then it suddenly crashed down? Like it happened few times so I just restarted Photoshop and it happened again and every freaking time I tried to use it from that time 

Idk what happened tbh,I reinstalled Topaz Clean and the same problem was there,I reinstalled my Photoshop again and the same link and everything I did before but it just doesn't want to work

Idk I make best works with Topaz and now I can't do anything since sharpening actions don't do me much as Topaz ( i'm perfectionist sry i just got used to topaz and it took me long to find great settings ) and I didn't post anything on my blog since the quality shits without it

If anyone has any advice or help I would appreciate it,I asked on Tumblr too but no one answered so I'm hoping you would help me or at least try,thanks in advance!

From product downloads,their official site and then I used the crack codes from the tutorial I was following and it worked perfectly fine and then it started bugging
