Eliminate those who lack singing/dancing ability (especially at the time they got popular in the first place; ignore it if they developed into better singers/dancers after they got popular) and then you have it. But I think most visuals are at least in the dance line (Yoona, Uee, Sohee) even if they can't sing. An obvious answer would be Dara, for both can't sing or dance.
