About Kpop Idol worship

I read this article from https://kpooop.wordpress.com/2011/05/31/idol-dom/ where I read the definition of an Idol. a definition of an Idol is an “inanimate object†of worship. The article states: "Are idols inanimate objects? We do not own any of them, and thus we present no right to treat them as objects. They are not our things that we have to mark as ours."

here's another article: http://aminoapps.com/page/k-pop/9542377/idols-are-human-too

The article states: "Since IDOLS ARE HUMAN TOO!

I treat and see idols as normal HUMAN BEINGS.

Some fans see them as Gods and not a Human with feelings at all."

How do you feel when you see someone Idolizing their favorite kpop group or member of a kpop group?

How would your Asian or Korean non-kpop friends feel about die-hard kpop fans or koreaboos idolizing or worshipping their culture?

its terrible to be friends with an Asian person or any race just because they're famouse, hot, sexy, can sing, and because of their wardrobe (outward appearance), fame, and they're Asian or any race.

How would your friends feel when someone wants to be friends with him or her because of their outward appearance and not know their personality?

They're called idols for a reason. If they wanted to be looked at as human beings, then wouldn't have debut as an idol. They would have debuted as an actor or regular singer. An idol is meant to be the perfect, ideal person. Its their job to play a character. Whatever happens off camera/off stage is their business, but idols are meant to be idolized.

I agree with you

The thing is, some/many people take it too far, you know, I mean those kind of "stalker-fans"
