I.O.I's first V app live broadcast is where it all began...

Thanks to the National Producers of OH!, I have seen a glimpse of I.O.I when they were first introduced to us, something which I hadn't before.

And I kinda-sorta regret it...

As a full-time girl group fanboy, I will say that Ideal of Idols girls' version is the best girl group the world of K-pop will not be blessed for God knows how long. In fact, despite I.O.I becoming solely relevant due to this project organized by Mnet back in 2015, I doubt that the handful of these rising female idol bands will be as popular + achieve success as much as I.O.I, both OT7 and OT11, has as a whole.

Look how happy they were and still are to this day when altogether.

Who wouldn't want to see them last forever?

I, for one, am absolutely against the disbandment.

Nayoung, Pinky, Somi, Sohye, Doyeon, Yoojung, Yeonjung, Mina, Sejeong, Chaeyeon & last but not least, Chungha.

Whatever lies ahead for these lovable young feminine souls in the unrealistic competitive K-entertainment, I pray that they will all have successes throughout their careers til the day comes when none of them will ever need to rely on others to survive within the industry.

You should watch Produce 101 episode 11, it's their actual first introduction as IOI. What a great episode.

I would love to, however, will I survive after watching it? Because I'm already half way to being a complete emotional wreck.

You should watch it from episode 1 and the extra behind the scenes clips on Mnet. It's the greatest idol based show ever.

Not everything is the same bruh, Yeonjung became more reserved in showing her excitement (has gotten better I guess) and Chaeyeon is more tired (and probably not as happy) after being pushed so much by her company.

But as time goes on, I guess the positives are,

Chungha finally gets some of the recognition that her skill deserves.

Yeonjung's future is no longer uncertain

Sohye has improved so much.

Mina has matured and

Doyeon voted top 10 in most desired girl among lesbians

Watch pd101! I was with them (not only ioi but all girls in the show) since day 1. The show activated me in OH after long time being a lurker, i never joined here or posted actively without it. So my bond with them is real, even after their disbandment i will never forget who i 1st stan, who dragged me into this place.
