One personality always takes over when they are on stage and the other is dorky and cute irl, which is kind of amazing, since others don't seem to have that gap. 1/ Kai > EXO Real Life: On Stage: 2/ Taehyung > BTS Real Life: On stage: 3/ Hyuna: Real Life: On stage: 4/ Jimin> BTS Real Life: On stage: 5/ Jungkook> BTS Real Life: On stage: 6/ Momo> Twice Real life: On stage: Any other idols with this gap in mind ?! Plus at this point, I think everyone has seen the way he got scared at that ghost prank and how dorky he is generally. His on stage persona couldn't be any different. At first I only checked NCT performances and then his "Devil" stage, so I didn't knew much about him and thought he'd be the type of "bad boy" idol, who has a cocky vibe and all. Then I watched the HTS episode and oh boy, the on stage/off stage difference as HUGE. I got hooked tbh lmao I love when idols are way too different from the concept they do. You can do this for every idol, imo. it's true but for some there is really a split Like off-stage Kai is someone shy and quite socially awkward, he's quiet, doesn't like being the center of attention etc. But on stage all of this seem to disappear, his passion for dancing takes over and he's a different person. He is not acting sexy or forcing his face to do something, he really transforms. He is not acting diferrently, he really changes his persona. Leik, when you see him perform, do you ever think about pouty whiny Jonging who likes lame jokes and acts like a little boy? urgh, I can't put it in words... I think it's natural for Jonging to turn into Kai, he changes cimpletely. You can see nothing from Jonging when Kai performs. EVen visual kinda changes bc of his aura lmao.
