A hallyu splash, if you will...maybe even just a little hallyu mist. It was like Japanese people woke up one day and said "Suddenly, I don't give a fuck about korean dramas or music. k bye" When do you think the Chinese will do the same? China's idol industry is still growing so i wouldn't say they're major names but SNH definitely is one of the top groups there and they gained alot of popularity this yr. Their election made millions this year. There are more girl groups debuting these days that have some jpop influences because of them. Also SM and YG heads were spotted at this year election likely looking into investing into the group.
