Do you ever wonder what some tiny companies are thinking when they release a group?

i mean, as we all know, the kpop industry is so over-saturated with so many groups who are all fighting for that lucky one in a million chance to become semi-successful, which makes it hard for complete nugus who get no exposure. but we also know that it is very possible for a group from a tiny, nugu company to reach an immense level of success, especially in this generation where the novelty and overall dominance of the big three has worn off a bit.

 

but do these companies really think that putting out cheap videos and cheaply produced songs will get their group anywhere in this day and age? i mean, i just can't help but wonder what companies that can't even afford a decent set or a decent camera think is going to happen.

I know right? If youre gonna debut a group, at least do it properly, give them a decent song and a cool MV. Not a cheap looking one!

It isn't even that bad,I mean I saw worse.

But yeah,it doesn't worth forcing it when you don't have the source for it.

It doesn't have to be a million $ MV,just be decent,that doesn't look half-assed.

uh, releasing a kpop group is far from a quick buck... most of these companies probably end up bankrupt.

it's not a "quick buck". it's a "invest a ton of money into something and hope and pray it gives you your money back" type of deal. that was my point.
