Hi everyone.. I supposed too up my fic in here but i end up forget to put it here. So i hope you like it.

 

 

 

 

PROLOGUE(M)

 

Ji won

 

 

“Boss.. You need to come to the place tonight.†A robotic voice came through the phone that I was holding next to my ear.

 

“What now?†I replied with cold voice of mine. Whenever they say that I have to goes to that place, I will end up hurting and killing someone. Even they begging for mercy, I make them feel more worst then they already did. That place seem like take all my humanity away from me, and it will make me do something you don’t want to imagine.

“There’s a bit problem boss..†the robotic voice continue answering my question. Jang su won is one of my right handed men, he was the youngest in my trusted men. Even he the youngest, he so matured when he doing his work and that what I like about him. But the things I don’t like is his voice, I can’t tell if the problems was serious or not. There’s one time he asked me to goes to that place and end up it was him and other my right handed man asked me to treat them food. He was lucky that he was my important person in my company, if he not, I swear that he never can use his mouth ever again.

 

“Better not ask me to treat you guys again, or you will be dead meat suwon and you know I’ll do what I say.â€

“No it’s not that boss.. This time was real things.†Well it’s been long time since I heard him so serious about this, must be real things then.

“Okay I’ll come tonight, better be real things this time. Or you say bye-bye to this world.†With that I hang up the phone before he could replied.

What in the world happen this time. It’s been few months since I goes to that place. Last time I’ve been there because that trash betrayed me on my back. How could he betrayed me and work with someone else. If he thinks that I’m kind enough to let him live, that the biggest mistake that he ever think. Just think about that trash make my anger boiling up. Tonight it’s better not person I’ll dealing with or they taste hell from me.

That night I drove my car to the place. If you ever pass this place it will automatically give you a shiver. The place that unimaginable, it will creep you. If you ever end up getting inside it, it will be your worst nightmare. After sometime I arrive at the place. There’s one of my men sitting outside of the place with his head down, look like he thinking about something really hard. For jaijin to look like that, this time must be real things then. I take my gun that I keep in dashboard and exit the car. It looks like jaijin still not realized that I arrive to the place. I cleared my throat. Then he looked up at me.

“Boss, you arrived.†He bowed at me, I just nod to him. We both enter the place and goes to the usual room that I will use. After enter the room, I see three person in the room. One of them being tied in the chair while two of them which my trusted men behind him.

“Boss†both my trusted men bowed at me. Three of them is my trusted men which means they was my right handed men. Kim jae duc was his second person become his trusted right handed. Even they was my right handed three of them still my friend, but when it come to work, all of us will be serious. Our relationship as friend will stop when it come to worked. But don’t fall for their looks there maybe sometimes look tough outside but once you know them, especially jaijin they will be the weird person you ever meet. But when it comes to work, jaeduc who has angelic looks also can make you taste, your worst nightmare ever.

 

“Who is that?†I felt my anger started to fill my body when he looked up at me. I tried to calm my @ss down. The three of them looked at each others before jaijin start to answer my question.

“This s*it betrayed us, he work with another mafia. I heard he giving our company and mafia important information with them through the phone†after he said that jaijin kick his stomach so hard that make that s*it cough.

 

This piece of sh*t betrayed on me? The boss of mafia? And how dare he fxxk*ng glared at me, the boss mafia. Even the police can lay their hands on me, and don’t even dare to glare at me. This little sh*t. I grab one of chairs in the room and sit in front of him. I saw his body shaking when pull that chair in front of him, with that he look at me, and give me disgusting look. “What†I laughed when he started to asked that.

“Well×2, look what we got here, I didn’t know that I’ve someone so rude in my gang. Well thank goodness that my men found you earlier. If not..â€

“I will not tell you anything†he cut my talk. “son of b*tch, shut your mouth my boss not even ask you anything†with that suwon pull his neck and that man grown.

“bring my knife†I yelled, as one of men do what I command.

“Shall we have some fun?†I looked at him, I can see he start trembling.

“here boss..†After few minutes jaeduc brought my knife. I pick up my knife and pointing to his face.

“I guess you don’t really know me right, well I’m not gonna asked a dump questions to you. But I just want you to know that I’m not going to be easy on you.†With that I press my knife at his checks until there’s blood coming out. He scream all is might.

“Ah.. What a beautiful voice you have.†I say that and brought my knife to his left chest. And I began to draw an X in his left chest. He screaming again. This time his face began to pale.

“hmm.. What should I do to you? Should I kill you or should I let you go? You choose, I give 5 seconds†I started my counting and I put my knife in his left and right legs, he screaming with all strength he has.

“1..2..3.. Seems like you not interested in it I guess, and you pick wrong time to play the game with me.†When he about to say something, I cut his talk and take out my gun and pointing to his head.

“times out.†*pang* with that he no longer breathing.

 

 

Sung hoon

 

“THE WINNER IS...†“KANG SUNG HOON..!! congratulations..†loud of applause can be heard in the stage. “sunghoon.. You did it...yey.†my stylist noona said while hugging me in the backstage. “hurry up.. Go now..†she say and push me to the stage. Well I can say that I still shocked at that announcement, well it just that my song was just release yesterday and it already in top chart make me feel a bit touching.

“thank you for giving me chance to win and I would like to thanks my dear fans.. For keep supporting me. I love you guys..†as I say that feels like I’m choking a little bit. With that I go back to the backstage and been welcomed by my team. After they celebrate my winning and I decided to call someone but he not pick up. I tried to call many times but still no answering.

“Let’s go.. Tonight, you have events right?†my thoughts been disturb by my manager. I nod my head.

That night after my event end, I decided to give he a call back and he pick up.

“Hyung~ where’s you been? I call you many times you know..â€

“mian, sunghoon-ah.. I was busy.. And why you call me?†a soft voice replied through my phone.

“Hyung.. You say you would treat me if I win my contents.. So I want my treat.â€

“sunghoon- ah, sorry but not now.. My boss kind of bad mood right now, so I can play around right now..†he replied with apologetic voice.

“ehh.. Jaeduc hyung, you still working at this time? It’s already 12:55 am you know.. And you don’t tell me your boss is moody one.. Lol†there’s slightly curious in my voice.

“well, I’m helping my boss.. It just part time job. Wah.. If you know my boss you won’t dare to say that in front of my boss.†Jaeduc hyung replied my question.

“ if you say so, then I’ll just call suwon then.. Since both of you say that you guys want to treat me.†I sigh loudly after hear jaeduc hyung said that. Jaeduc hyung and suwon has been my friend after one time they accidentally hit my car in the parking lot. And they wait for me for an hours just to apologies to me. At first I thought they wants to beat me up or something like that, since they looked like some gangsters and with charisma aura around them make me shiver a little bit. However, when they asked me to accept their apologize make me want to tease them a little bit. So I lied to them that I’m a famous person and if want to I can make them go to the jail. Well even I don’t have that kind of power. So they ask my number and tell that they will call me and keep asking for my forgiveness. We eventually became close after that accident.

“No.. No.., he with me right now.. So you can’t. I promise I’ll treat you and I’ll bring suwon as well.(someone screaming in the phone)†huh? What was that?

“Hyung? Where are you? Are you into a fight or what?†I clearly heard someone screaming just now.

“ugh.. Nothing, I call you back next time when I and suwon free. And congratulations for your winning.†With that jaeduc hyung hung up his phone.

“Hello? Hyung? Hyung!?.. Did he just hung up his phone?†There’s must be something he doing. If he tell me that he going to call back that means he won’t, and if I call him I’m surely he won’t pick up. I must go to his office tomorrow.

The next morning, I drove my car from my apartment to jaeduc hyung office. After I arrived I took a slightly look in the building. And I asked to a woman who work at that department.

“may I meet with Kim Jaeduc?†she looked up at me and give me a smile

I’m sorry sir, did you make appointment with jaeduc-ssi?†sh*t I forgot.

“um.. I’m sorry but I didn’t make one.. But it won’t take that long time.†She smile at me and make a call.

“I’m sorry sir, seems like jeaduc-ssi has a meeting right now.†Ugh why should I do, it’s not like I can come here for another day. Then I came up with idea.

“can I wait for him? In his office maybe?†I give my hopeful look at her. She has a bit worried in her face before she started replied me.

“well, I guess you can since jaeduc-ssi not type that will angry about that. Please follow me.†With that she show me way to jaeduc hyung office. I just nod my head. After a moment we arrived at jaeduc hyung office and I took a look inside his office. Jaeduc hyung must be important person for having this big room as his office. Then my thoughts being disturb by that women.

“I will tell jaeduc-ssi that he has someone waiting for him.. May I know your name?†it took me awhile to replied her back, I mean how does no one know him until now, do they not involved with industry world or what? I guess I had to lied to her then.

“Um.. Can you not tell jaeduc hyung that I came? I just want to surprise him.†I’m giving my hopeful look again.

“understood, then I’ll just tell him that someone was waiting for him.†With that she exit the room. I give her my smiled and started to look around jaeduc hyung office. He got this big room, if his room was big how about his boss. It must be more bigger than this. And then I heard someone enter the room.

“what the!? How are you? The hell you doing in my office?†I can guess by his voice with busan accent and immediately know him. It’s jaeduc hyung. I turn my back at him and look disappointed at him.

“hyung~ how could you not recognised me?†I said with my ageyo voice.

“Sunghoon-ah, you make me shock.. Why are you here?†as he give me relieve look.

“Hyung, why you hung up your phone yesterday and you want me to wait for you to call me back?, yeah there’s no way I would do that.†He laughed and look at me.

“mian sunghoon-ah, yesterday I got a problem that why I hung up my phone sorry.†I just looked at him when he started to changed the topic.

“Well since you’re here after all. Let me treat you the one that I promise, and it’s already lunch times now. Let me call suwon, stay here a minutes.†With that jaeduc hyung give his angelic smile to me before exit the room. And leave me alone in the room, and I started to walk into jaeduc hyung desk and look around inside his office again. And I heard someone enter the room.

“Jaeduc-ah..â€(his voice so attractive) wait that not jaeduc hyung voice. Who?

CHAPTER 1

 

Sunghoon

 

“Jaeduc-ahâ€(his voice is attractive)

His voice is deep, and that definitely not jaeduc hyung or suwon I’ll know their voice. Who is it? I wonder how he looked like, I turn my head towards the owner of the voice. When I looked at him my heart skip a beat. (Why?). He little bit taller than me, he has a good looking face, he has tan skin tone. I didn’t even know that someone can be good looking like him. Well maybe he not the best but for me he has handsome face. I didn’t even know how long I stare at his face until he start to said something.

“Who?†he just say one words but it make my heart beat so fast. Just when I want to replied him, jaeduc hyung enter the room.

‘sunghoon-ah.. Let’s go I got suwon and jaijin here..’ jaeduc hyung enter the room and then he just realized that I’m with someone. ‘oh hyung’ he said seems little shocked by that man appearance.

“Where’s you think you going?†he said with deep voice, maybe it just me but just heard his voice, my heart beats really fast. Is it because I attract to handsome looking guy? I don’t even know anymore.

‘ayy.. Hyung, it’s already lunch time ofc I want to have lunch.’ That man look at jaeduc hyung and I can felt that he stared at me. Then jaeduc hyung noticed it and he began introduce me to that man.

‘Oh right, hyung this is my friend.. The one that I told you, that I and suwon accidentally hit his car when we use your car.’ He just stay silent. While jaeduc hyung continue his talked.

‘this is kang sung hoon, sunghoon-ah.. This is my boss eun ji won' he has a good name.. Wait this guy was jaeduc hyung boss? I always thought that jaeduc hyung boss would be someone more older than him, but he more younger than I thought. I guess all drama that I watched was real then. Handsome guy being ceo of the company, plus young and have good body. I left my mouth open, clearly shown my shocking faces. I thought I heard him chuckle. Before he began to replied to jaeduc hyung.

“after your lunch come to my office, bring suwon and jaijin as well. There’s things I want to discuss.’ With that he turn his back to exit the door but he stop for a moment and looked at me.

“nice to meet you, and I thought I heard your song. It was pretty good.†With that he exit the room. I can felt my face blush a bit when he said that. Jaeduc hyung looked at me, seems like shocked by that statement.

‘hul..., can’t believed he talk to you. And he even heard your song? What in the world happen to him? I didn’t even mentioned you’re singer and what more important, he don’t heard song especially Korean song you know.’

“maybe he accidentally heard my song in his car, who knows right.†I said that while tried to hide my blush face.

‘yeah right, for that hyung hear song hell no.’ Jaeduc hyung answer me while rolling his eyes.

“how should I know that. Btw you don’t even told me that your boss is young. And are you two close? And is this company belongs to him or his family?. And why you got this big room?†Well I always think jaeduc hyung boss is way older than him, by hearing what jaeduc hyung tell me all this time. But turned out he way younger that what I think.

‘wo, relaxed sunghoon-ah, I will tell you but we need to get our lunch. If I late we might be kill by that hyung. Let’s go.’ Jaeduc hyung said as push me out of his office. When we exit form jaeduc hyung office there’s jaijin hyung and suwon waiting for us.

‘What the hell take you two so long? If I don’t get my lunch this all of you two false okay.’ Jaijin said while looked slightly piss. Jaijin hyung and I been friend since jaeduc hyung and suwon introduce me to him. jaijin hyung can be fun to be with, but sometimes he can be really weird and he will be in his own world that you can’t understand. But four of us get along so well.

‘Mian, hyung came to my office that why we both late.’ Jaeduc hyung said with slightly apologetic in his voice.

‘What he want?.’ Jaijin hyung replied. They all speak like their boss is their friends, or they was? But we’re they this close?.

‘He asked we to drop by his office, he said there’s something he want to discuss with us. By I mean ‘we’ that include you to suwon, don’t came so late.’ Jaeduc hyung said that while glared at suwon.

‘Yeah, whatever.’ Suwon replied with heartless voice, while left us behind.

‘that kid seriously. Let’s go sunghoon-ah’ jaeduc hyung let a loud sigh. I just nod my head and follow them.

 

After we arrived at restaurant and I remember the questions that I asked jaeduc hyung at his office.

“Ah right, hyung where my answer I need right now.†I asked and raised one of my eyebrows.

‘What’s answer?’ jaeduc hyung looked at me with his clueless face. Aish this hyung.

“hyung! Seriously. About your boss.†I looked at him with annoying face.

‘Oh.. That one. Suwon tell him, I want to eat and don’t disturb me.’ Jaeduc hyung point to suwon, who barely eat his food.

‘Just said you want to eat hyung.’ Suwon glared at jaeduc hyung.

‘so what you want to know about him? There’s plenty of them so which one?’

“how old is he. Is that company own by him or that’s was his father, and are you guys that close to him? To called him hyung and not boss?. And how come jaeduc hyung get that big room?.†Suwon looked at me with weird expression

‘Why you want to know that much info? Well whatever, I’ll tell you. First that hyung 30 years old. That his own company and not his father. Third, yes we close with him. I mean three of us. Well we want to called him boss but we can’t do it, it just feels strange to called him that in office. Fourth, it just not him, I and jaijin hyung also get big room since we important person in that company. Any other questions asked jaijin hyung I also want to eat.’ Suwon answer my question and continue his eating. Wah he just two years older than me? And he got his own company?. That amazing, but I want to know about him. I just curious about his life I mean he still young but got such huge company and the aura around him made me want to know about him more and more.

“Hyung..†I said while looked at jaijin hyung.

‘Don’t asked me, you know to much already. And if you want to know more just asked him by yourself.’ He replied me without looking at my face.

“How can I asked him, I just barely know him.†I said with annoyed tone in my voice.

‘Than would you asked him, if we introduce him to you?’ jaeduc hyung said and looked at me. Suwon and jaijin also looked at me.

“well it’s not like he want to, even you introduce me to him.†I said with slow voice.

‘but I really curious, why you want to know so much bout him? Do you like him or what?’ suwon said to me and raised one of his eyebrows.

‘yeah, why do you want to know so much?’ this time jaijin hyung asked me.

“Well it’s not like that, just curious.. I mean he still young and he already has his own company right. That all, and he even know my song.†I can felt my face slightly blush after I said that. Jaijin hyung and suwon looked at me with shocked face.

‘He what? He knows your song? Like seriously your song?’ jaijin hyung replied at me with shocking tone in his voice.

‘Yeah he did. I heard he said himself. I was shocked to you know when I heard he said that.’ Jaeduc hyung interrupt the conversation.

‘I guess he lost his mind, do you think we need to bring him to clinic or hospital?.’ Suwon also join our conversation.

“Hey, it’s not bad thing to heard my song you know. It not like my voice can kill him.†I said with disappointed face to them.

‘Well that true, your voice can’t kill him but it just weird you know.’ Jaijin hyung answer my statement. I just stay silent.

‘Well looked like I finish my lunch, so I need to meet my dear boss bye sunghoon.. See you next time.’ Jaijin hyung said that and exit from the restaurant.

‘Sh*t, he left us, suwon-ah hurry up or you will be scolded by him. Sunghoon-ah, do you have scheduled after this? If you don’t can you just go with suwon to take your car back. I need to left now. Bye-bye see you soon sunghoon-ah.’ Then jaeduc hyung rushed out form the restaurant. Suwon still eating his food and acted like he don’t care. No wonder he always getting scolded.

“yah!, aren’t you going to be late? What if your boss blame me?.†I asked while slap at his left arm.

‘relaxed, he just scolded at me, not like he will kill me. And he not going to blame you, trust me.’ As he said that and continue his eating. This kid seriously going to be dead meat, if I was his boss.

 

 

Jiwon

 

I sat at my chair as thinking back what happen in jaeduc room. That was first time I saw a man that looked so pretty even at his backside. First of all, why did I talked to him? Am I loss my mind or what. For me to talked to unknown person would be weird things that I’ll ever do. To thinks that back, he just made me want to talked to him.

Flashback

 

I entered jaeduc office and I saw a man standing in front jaeduc desk. Just by looking at his back, I knew that not jaeduc. He has pink hair, he has vanilla skin tone, he little bit short than me. His face is flower boys type. He the best looking face for me. I can felt he stared at me for awhile then I decided to asked him first.

“who?†he want to answer me but jaeduc entered his office before he could answer my question. Jaeduc. I’m going to made sure he going to regrets for entered his office when I about to hear his voice. I heard him going somewhere with that guy. I felt annoyed at jaeduc, how dare he cut my talk and I didn’t even get to hear that guy voice.

“Where’s you think you going?†as I said with my cold voice at jaeduc. He replied me and explained something to me but I can’t concentrated to his words as my eyes stuck to that pink hair man. I stared at him for awhile but jaeduc noticed it and introduce him to me. So he was the owner of the car that jaeduc and suwon accidentally hit my car with. At first I don’t believed them and I thought they just made it up to cover their fault. And I end up beat them up. I guess I’ll just apologized to them later. I didn’t even realized that I stay silent for awhile, as jaeduc continue his talk. This time jaeduc introduce his name and introduce my name to him as well. His name is nice. He left his mouth open little bit when jaeduc mentioned that I was his boss. He so cute, without I realized I let a small chuckle. What’s wrong with me seriously. I need to keep my strict face.

“after your lunch come to my office, brings jaijin and suwon as well. There’s things I want to discuss.†With that I turn my back to exit from jaeduc office but for a seconds, my inner side tell me to talked to that pink hair guy. And I remember one of my staff played his song in the office for damn three days and I already knew who the singer was. And I remember jaeduc said something like he was a famous person, so there’s no way they would be a different person. I stopped my step and looked at him.

“nice to meet you, and I thought I heard your song, it was pretty good.†I can saw he slightly blush from my statement. I exit from jaeduc office as I was afraid they can saw that I was smirked. I wasn’t lying bout the song, it was pretty good for me. He has a sweet voice. Well all these times I don’t even give a damn care about song, I don’t even like them. I thought it was noisy and annoying. But not his song, his voice give me peace. This is bad. I lost my mind.

 

End flashback

 

My mind was disturb, when someone knocked my office door. It was jaijin who entered my office. Then there’s jaeduc who behind him. I looked at them, looks like someone is missing again. That kid seriously, should I just kill him this not first time he late.

“where’s that kid go again?†I looked at both of them. Jaijin give me ‘I don’t know looked’ while jaeduc trying to avoid my eye contact.

“jaeduc-ah.. WHERE?!†he startled a bit.

‘um.. We left him, since he still eating his lunch with sunghoon. Sorry hyung.. I should drag him here with me.’ He looked at me with those apologetic eyes towards me. I should be angry at him but hearing he said that pink head boy name, make me softened a little bit. I let a loud sigh.

“just let him be. The reason I called you to my office is there’s something we need to do. Tonight at x club, they will supplies new drugs. So I need you guys be there with me. I need you guys to watch out, I got a feeling there’s something going to happen there. Make sure not uncovered your identity, if they knew you guys from mafia group everything will be chaos. I meet you guys there at 8.00 p.m. and don’t be late. And one more things don’t even tried to eat those drugs, it will kill you. There’s might be someone will passed the drugs. Don’t eat them. The side effects of them is bad, it will put you to sleep and you will craving for it more and more. If you eat one it still can be fix but if you eat more than that. Hell is waiting for you. If you guys understand, you may go.†“oh and one more things explain that to suwon as well, said to him I don’t want to see his face right now. If he came to my office, I afraid that I will kill him. Kiss him for me.†With that both of them exit from my office and I saw suwon was bout to entered my office but he being drag by jaeduc and jaijin. Well it’s not I’m that angry to him, it just I feel annoyed the thought he eating with that pink head boy. Wait I’m ? What wrong with me. I’m totally insane. Let’s focus tonight, this night is big things, one things goes wrong, everything will affected.

 

That night, jaijin, jaeduc and suwon already arrived at x club. As I told them to entered that club one by one, for not uncovered their identity. I was the last one entered that club. Three of them stayed not to far from me. As the dealer begun to give me, my new supplies drugs. Everything when well than I thought. I told jaijin, jaeduc and suwon to deliver this drugs to our base. With that they left the club. I was about to exit from the club until I saw that pink head boy, there’s seems something wrong with him. And then I saw one of my dealer that give me my new supplies. And that definitely not good sign.

“Where’s you think you going?†he said with deep voice, maybe it just me but just heard his voice, my heart beats really fast. Is it because I attract to handsome looking guy? I don’t even know anymore.

‘ayy.. Hyung, it’s already lunch time ofc I want to have lunch.’ That man look at jaeduc hyung and I can felt that he stared at me. Then jaeduc hyung noticed it and he began introduce me to that man.

‘Oh right, hyung this is my friend.. The one that I told you, that I and suwon accidentally hit his car when we use your car.’ He just stay silent. While jaeduc hyung continue his talked.

‘this is kang sung hoon, sunghoon-ah.. This is my boss eun ji won' he has a good name.. Wait this guy was jaeduc hyung boss? I always thought that jaeduc hyung boss would be someone more older than him, but he more younger than I thought. I guess all drama that I watched was real then. Handsome guy being ceo of the company, plus young and have good body. I left my mouth open, clearly shown my shocking faces. I thought I heard him chuckle. Before he began to replied to jaeduc hyung.

“after your lunch come to my office, bring suwon and jaijin as well. There’s things I want to discuss.’ With that he turn his back to exit the door but he stop for a moment and looked at me.

“nice to meet you, and I thought I heard your song. It was pretty good.†With that he exit the room. I can felt my face blush a bit when he said that. Jaeduc hyung looked at me, seems like shocked by that statement.

‘hul..., can’t believed he talk to you. And he even heard your song? What in the world happen to him? I didn’t even mentioned you’re singer and what more important, he don’t heard song especially Korean song you know.’

“maybe he accidentally heard my song in his car, who knows right.†I said that while tried to hide my blush face.

‘yeah right, for that hyung hear song hell no.’ Jaeduc hyung answer me while rolling his eyes.

“how should I know that. Btw you don’t even told me that your boss is young. And are you two close? And is this company belongs to him or his family?. And why you got this big room?†Well I always think jaeduc hyung boss is way older than him, by hearing what jaeduc hyung tell me all this time. But turned out he way younger that what I think.

‘wo, relaxed sunghoon-ah, I will tell you but we need to get our lunch. If I late we might be kill by that hyung. Let’s go.’ Jaeduc hyung said as push me out of his office. When we exit form jaeduc hyung office there’s jaijin hyung and suwon waiting for us.

‘What the hell take you two so long? If I don’t get my lunch this all of you two false okay.’ Jaijin said while looked slightly piss. Jaijin hyung and I been friend since jaeduc hyung and suwon introduce me to him. jaijin hyung can be fun to be with, but sometimes he can be really weird and he will be in his own world that you can’t understand. But four of us get along so well.

‘Mian, hyung came to my office that why we both late.’ Jaeduc hyung said with slightly apologetic in his voice.

‘What he want?.’ Jaijin hyung replied. They all speak like their boss is their friends, or they was? But we’re they this close?.

‘He asked we to drop by his office, he said there’s something he want to discuss with us. By I mean ‘we’ that include you to suwon, don’t came so late.’ Jaeduc hyung said that while glared at suwon.

‘Yeah, whatever.’ Suwon replied with heartless voice, while left us behind.

‘that kid seriously. Let’s go sunghoon-ah’ jaeduc hyung let a loud sigh. I just nod my head and follow them.

 

After we arrived at restaurant and I remember the questions that I asked jaeduc hyung at his office.

“Ah right, hyung where my answer I need right now.†I asked and raised one of my eyebrows.

‘What’s answer?’ jaeduc hyung looked at me with his clueless face. Aish this hyung.

“hyung! Seriously. About your boss.†I looked at him with annoying face.

‘Oh.. That one. Suwon tell him, I want to eat and don’t disturb me.’ Jaeduc hyung point to suwon, who barely eat his food.

‘Just said you want to eat hyung.’ Suwon glared at jaeduc hyung.

‘so what you want to know about him? There’s plenty of them so which one?’

“how old is he. Is that company own by him or that’s was his father, and are you guys that close to him? To called him hyung and not boss?. And how come jaeduc hyung get that big room?.†Suwon looked at me with weird expression

‘Why you want to know that much info? Well whatever, I’ll tell you. First that hyung 30 years old. That his own company and not his father. Third, yes we close with him. I mean three of us. Well we want to called him boss but we can’t do it, it just feels strange to called him that in office. Fourth, it just not him, I and jaijin hyung also get big room since we important person in that company. Any other questions asked jaijin hyung I also want to eat.’ Suwon answer my question and continue his eating. Wah he just two years older than me? And he got his own company?. That amazing, but I want to know about him. I just curious about his life I mean he still young but got such huge company and the aura around him made me want to know about him more and more.

“Hyung..†I said while looked at jaijin hyung.

‘Don’t asked me, you know to much already. And if you want to know more just asked him by yourself.’ He replied me without looking at my face.

“How can I asked him, I just barely know him.†I said with annoyed tone in my voice.

‘Than would you asked him, if we introduce him to you?’ jaeduc hyung said and looked at me. Suwon and jaijin also looked at me.

“well it’s not like he want to, even you introduce me to him.†I said with slow voice.

‘but I really curious, why you want to know so much bout him? Do you like him or what?’ suwon said to me and raised one of his eyebrows.

‘yeah, why do you want to know so much?’ this time jaijin hyung asked me.

“Well it’s not like that, just curious.. I mean he still young and he already has his own company right. That all, and he even know my song.†I can felt my face slightly blush after I said that. Jaijin hyung and suwon looked at me with shocked face.

‘He what? He knows your song? Like seriously your song?’ jaijin hyung replied at me with shocking tone in his voice.

‘Yeah he did. I heard he said himself. I was shocked to you know when I heard he said that.’ Jaeduc hyung interrupt the conversation.

‘I guess he lost his mind, do you think we need to bring him to clinic or hospital?.’ Suwon also join our conversation.

“Hey, it’s not bad thing to heard my song you know. It not like my voice can kill him.†I said with disappointed face to them.

‘Well that true, your voice can’t kill him but it just weird you know.’ Jaijin hyung answer my statement. I just stay silent.

‘Well looked like I finish my lunch, so I need to meet my dear boss bye sunghoon.. See you next time.’ Jaijin hyung said that and exit from the restaurant.

‘Sh*t, he left us, suwon-ah hurry up or you will be scolded by him. Sunghoon-ah, do you have scheduled after this? If you don’t can you just go with suwon to take your car back. I need to left now. Bye-bye see you soon sunghoon-ah.’ Then jaeduc hyung rushed out form the restaurant. Suwon still eating his food and acted like he don’t care. No wonder he always getting scolded.

“yah!, aren’t you going to be late? What if your boss blame me?.†I asked while slap at his left arm.

‘relaxed, he just scolded at me, not like he will kill me. And he not going to blame you, trust me.’ As he said that and continue his eating. This kid seriously going to be dead meat, if I was his boss.

 

 

Jiwon

 

I sat at my chair as thinking back what happen in jaeduc room. That was first time I saw a man that looked so pretty even at his backside. First of all, why did I talked to him? Am I loss my mind or what. For me to talked to unknown person would be weird things that I’ll ever do. To thinks that back, he just made me want to talked to him.

Flashback

 

I entered jaeduc office and I saw a man standing in front jaeduc desk. Just by looking at his back, I knew that not jaeduc. He has pink hair, he has vanilla skin tone, he little bit short than me. His face is flower boys type. He the best looking face for me. I can felt he stared at me for awhile then I decided to asked him first.

“who?†he want to answer me but jaeduc entered his office before he could answer my question. Jaeduc. I’m going to made sure he going to regrets for entered his office when I about to hear his voice. I heard him going somewhere with that guy. I felt annoyed at jaeduc, how dare he cut my talk and I didn’t even get to hear that guy voice.

“Where’s you think you going?†as I said with my cold voice at jaeduc. He replied me and explained something to me but I can’t concentrated to his words as my eyes stuck to that pink hair man. I stared at him for awhile but jaeduc noticed it and introduce him to me. So he was the owner of the car that jaeduc and suwon accidentally hit my car with. At first I don’t believed them and I thought they just made it up to cover their fault. And I end up beat them up. I guess I’ll just apologized to them later. I didn’t even realized that I stay silent for awhile, as jaeduc continue his talk. This time jaeduc introduce his name and introduce my name to him as well. His name is nice. He left his mouth open little bit when jaeduc mentioned that I was his boss. He so cute, without I realized I let a small chuckle. What’s wrong with me seriously. I need to keep my strict face.

“after your lunch come to my office, brings jaijin and suwon as well. There’s things I want to discuss.†With that I turn my back to exit from jaeduc office but for a seconds, my inner side tell me to talked to that pink hair guy. And I remember one of my staff played his song in the office for damn three days and I already knew who the singer was. And I remember jaeduc said something like he was a famous person, so there’s no way they would be a different person. I stopped my step and looked at him.

“nice to meet you, and I thought I heard your song, it was pretty good.†I can saw he slightly blush from my statement. I exit from jaeduc office as I was afraid they can saw that I was smirked. I wasn’t lying bout the song, it was pretty good for me. He has a sweet voice. Well all these times I don’t even give a damn care about song, I don’t even like them. I thought it was noisy and annoying. But not his song, his voice give me peace. This is bad. I lost my mind.

 

End flashback

 

My mind was disturb, when someone knocked my office door. It was jaijin who entered my office. Then there’s jaeduc who behind him. I looked at them, looks like someone is missing again. That kid seriously, should I just kill him this not first time he late.

“where’s that kid go again?†I looked at both of them. Jaijin give me ‘I don’t know looked’ while jaeduc trying to avoid my eye contact.

“jaeduc-ah.. WHERE?!†he startled a bit.

‘um.. We left him, since he still eating his lunch with sunghoon. Sorry hyung.. I should drag him here with me.’ He looked at me with those apologetic eyes towards me. I should be angry at him but hearing he said that pink head boy name, make me softened a little bit. I let a loud sigh.

“just let him be. The reason I called you to my office is there’s something we need to do. Tonight at x club, they will supplies new drugs. So I need you guys be there with me. I need you guys to watch out, I got a feeling there’s something going to happen there. Make sure not uncovered your identity, if they knew you guys from mafia group everything will be chaos. I meet you guys there at 8.00 p.m. and don’t be late. And one more things don’t even tried to eat those drugs, it will kill you. There’s might be someone will passed the drugs. Don’t eat them. The side effects of them is bad, it will put you to sleep and you will craving for it more and more. If you eat one it still can be fix but if you eat more than that. Hell is waiting for you. If you guys understand, you may go.†“oh and one more things explain that to suwon as well, said to him I don’t want to see his face right now. If he came to my office, I afraid that I will kill him. Kiss him for me.†With that both of them exit from my office and I saw suwon was bout to entered my office but he being drag by jaeduc and jaijin. Well it’s not I’m that angry to him, it just I feel annoyed the thought he eating with that pink head boy. Wait I’m ? What wrong with me. I’m totally insane. Let’s focus tonight, this night is big things, one things goes wrong, everything will affected.

 

That night, jaijin, jaeduc and suwon already arrived at x club. As I told them to entered that club one by one, for not uncovered their identity. I was the last one entered that club. Three of them stayed not to far from me. As the dealer begun to give me, my new supplies drugs. Everything when well than I thought. I told jaijin, jaeduc and suwon to deliver this drugs to our base. With that they left the club. I was about to exit from the club until I saw that pink head boy, there’s seems something wrong with him. And then I saw one of my dealer that give me my new supplies. And that definitely not good sign.

I'll Be Waiting

 

 

SungHoon woke up alone at the club lounge. Last night was a bit crazy, even to his standard. His friends threw a costume party for his birthday and since it was his birthday, SungHoon chose to wear a prince-like costume (Even if it wasnt his birthday he'll still wearing that costume). SungHoon didnt remember much about last night besides the drinking and the fighting.

Ahh...the fighting. SungHoon let out a heavy sigh filled with regret. Now that he thinks about it, Jiwon does have a point. Jiwon wanted to leave the party early but SungHoon wanted to stay. SungHoon told Jiwon to go first and Jiwon got angry.

"Are you saying you'd rather be with your friends than me?"
'I'm not saying that. It's just...I havent hang out with the guys for ages and it's rude for me to leave the party. They took the time to plan this for me'
"You've been here for almost 2 hours. That's long enough"
'You always want to leave early whenever we hang out with my friends'
"I never like your friends"
'And there it is. Why don't you like my friends'
"They're a bunch of selfish snobby spoiled rich brat who doesn't know anything but drinking and partying. What kind of birthday party it is if you're just drinking shots all night and taking drugs?"
'I'm not taking drugs'
"Your 'friends' do"
SungHoon is offended by Jiwon's remarks. Even though it's true, they are his friends. He used to be one of those snobby spoiled rich brat before he knew Jiwon. Jiwon noticed SungHoon's expression and soften his voice.
"Hoon-ah, it's your birthday. Let's go home and have a party of our own"
'You're right. It is my birthday and I can do whatever I want. I want to celebrate it with my friends'
SungHoon is still offended.
"Seriously?"
'Yeah'
"Fine"
With that Jiwon walks out.

SungHoon remember how annoyed he was with Jiwon and it flames his desire to drink all night. He didn't remember when he passed out but he remembered reading a text from Jiwon asking him to go to the cafe. He remembered ignoring it because he was too intoxicated. SungHoon quickly search for his phone but he can't find it. His wallet is gone too. SungHoon wonders what had happened and why his friends left him alone without bother waking him up. Jiwon was right about his friends. They are a bunch of selfish brat.

SungHoon stands up, still light headed and walks his way out. He didn't even realized he's already out of the club. He slowly walks towards his house just a few blocks away. As he walks he wonders how mad Jiwon must be at him. Jiwon must've been preparing something for his birthday, that's why Jiwon texted him to come to the cafe last night. That cafe belongs to Jiwon, and they live in the apartment above the cafe. Jiwon is a great barista. SungHoon falls in love with his Vienna coffee before slowly falling in love with Jiwon. They've been together for three years.

SungHoon is approaching their apartment. He's not light headed anymore. As he passes through the cafe he realizes Jiwon is sitting in the cafe wearing the clothes from last night. In front of him is a cake with a melted candle. SungHoon feels a pang of guilt. Jiwon must've been waiting for him since last night with that birthday cake. SungHoon regret not coming to this cafe last night. He watches Jiwon's sad expression through the window and he is drowning in regret. SungHoon knows a sure way to make Jiwon smiles. No matter how mad Jiwon is, Jiwon will always smile whenever he acts cute and silly in front of him.

SungHoon stands by the window, trying to get Jiwon's attention but failed. He wanted to slap the mirror with both hands but he remembers how mad Jiwon was if he found hand prints on the glasess. So he waves both of his hands and yells for Jiwon with his cute voice but Jiwon didn't even look at his direction. SungHoon thought Jiwon is either going deaf or purposely ignoring him. SungHoon decides to go into the cafe and notices that the door already opened with balloons hanging by the door. There are rose petal trails on the floor that leads towards the table where Jiwon is sitting. SungHoon is touched but at the same time feels guilty, really guilty. With a smile on his face and tears welled up in his eyes, SungHoon walks towards Jiwon who is staring blankly at the cake. SungHoon take a sit in front of Jiwon, waiting for Jiwon to acknowledge his presence but Jiwon stay quiet. He must've been really mad at him.

'Jiwon hyung...'
Jiwon didn't responds.
'I'm sorry dear. Please look at me. I promised I will not hang out with those guys anymore. You were right'
Jiwon still hasn't uttered a single word. Suddenly SungHoon sees tears coming out of Jiwon's eyes. SungHoon is about to reach for Jiwon when..
"Hyung."
SungHoon is surprised by that voice. He turns around and sees Suwon is standing behind him. Suwon is the cook who is working with Jiwon.
'Oh Suwon-ah, you've came'
SungHoon stands up to greet Suwon.
"Jiwon hyung, is it true? SungHoon is dead?"

SungHoon can't believe his ears. Is Suwon making a joke? How can he be dead if he's standing right here.
"Yeah"
Jiwon answers and SungHoon's heart drop onto the ground.
'Guys, you're making a joke right? I'm not dead. I'm here. Hyung, I know you're mad at me but this is cruel'
SungHoon talks to both of them and try to laugh at the absurdity of the joke. His laugh stops when Jiwon slams his fist on the table and starts crying out loud.
"He's dead Suwon-ah and it's all my fault. My fault Suwon-ah"
Jiwon pounding his fist onto his chest. SungHoon can feel the hurt just by looking at it. SungHoon tries to grab on Jiwon's hand and his hand goes right through it and SungHoon is shocked. He tries to touches Jiwon's face and it goes right through it too. SungHoon can't believe it. He still can't believe it. He must've been dreaming. He's trying to slap himself to wake himself out but his hand just past through his face like a wind. SungHoon drop onto the floor. He can't be dead. He can't be. He don't even get to say goodbye.

"I don't even get to say goodbye Suwon-ah. You know we had a fight last night. If I only knew"
"Hyung, what happened?"
"I should've stayed. If I stayed, SungHoon will still be alive right now"
Jiwon sobs and starts to bang his head on the table. SungHoon gets up and trying to stop him but it's useless. Suwon grabs Jiwon and stops him from hurting himself.
"Hyung, calm down."
"If I stayed with him, he wouldn't have drink so much, his friend wouldn't sneak drugs into his drink"
SungHoon finally knows what kills him. It is not Jiwon fault and it kills him that Jiwon is blaming himself for that.
"Hyung, it is not your fault. SungHoon will never blame you for that"
"If I stayed. I can protect him. He will still be alive and I can give him this"
SungHoon watches Jiwon takes out a small velvet box. He opens it and theres a ring.
"Are you planning to propose hyung?"
"I want to propose to him on his birthday. We're going to live in Hawaii. I already bought a house and a cafe there. I already transfer the ownership of this cafe and the apartment upstairs to you Suwon-ah. I plan to spend the rest of my live with him. Happily married. But...but..why did I get angry at him last night. I should've stayed"
"Hyung, SungHoon is already gone stop blaming yourself. He wouldn't want you to blame yourself. Let's get you home. You need some sleep. Yoonji said you've been here all night"
SungHoon glad Suwon is here talking some sense into Jiwon. He is still struggling to accept the fact that he is dead. If he had followed Jiwon last night, he would've been celebrating his engagement right now. He'll still be alive. Most importantly he will still by by Jiwon's side.

"Suwon-ah, can you cook me some breakfast. I'm starving"
Jiwon calmly said to Suwon who is quite surprise by how calm Jiwon is. SungHoon is surprise too.
"Okay hyung. Wait here"
Suwon gets up and walks towards the kitchen. SungHoon occupies the empty seat in front of Jiwon. They are so close yet so far. Jiwon cries. SungHoon cries too. How can their love ended like this? Jiwon takes out the ring from the box and put it on his finger. He lets out a small chuckle.
"Hoon-ah"
SungHoon is startled. Does Jiwon knows he's here?
"Hoon-ah, remember what we promised? To be together forever. I'm going to see you now"
'Hyung!! What are you saying?'
SungHoon eyes widened in fear as he sees Jiwon is taking out a bottle of sleeping pills.
'Hyung!!! Don't do that. Suwon!!!!!!'
SungHoon knows no one can hear him but he got to do something. He can't let Jiwon do this. He tries grabbing the bottle from Jiwon but he know his effort his useless. He painfully watches Jiwon swallows the pills before dropping on the floor.
'Hyung!!!!!'

"Hoon-ah"
Sunghoon turns around and to his horror, Jiwon is standing behind him. Jiwon is also lying unconsciously on the floor.
"Hoon-ah!!!"
Jiwon hugs SungHoon. This time SungHoon can touches Jiwon too. SungHoon hugs Jiwon tight.
"Hoon-ah, I'm sorry. I shouldn't left. I should've stayed by your side"
'Hyung, it's not your fault. If anyone is at fault, it would be me. Sorry for last night'
"It's okay Hoon-ah. What important is we're together now"
'No we're not. Hyung, you have to go back'
"But, I can't. I'm already dead"
'There's still time. Listen hyung, I love you. With all my heart I love you. Always. But I don't want you to die for me.'
"I don't want to live without you Hoon-ah"
'I will always be with you hyung. Live your life happily for me'
"But..."
Jiwon didn't get to finish his sentence as SungHoon locked lips with him. Jiwon kisses him back passionately.
'Go back hyung. Go to Hawaii. I love you. Live your life. When the time comes, I'll be waiting for you'
SungHoon pushes Jiwon back into his unconscious body and at the same time Suwon comes out of the kitchen screaming at the sight of Jiwon.

 

30 YEARS LATER

Jiwon is lying on the bed, weak and his breath becomes shorter by the second.
"Maeri...."
Jiwon calls his adopted daughter. A sweet woman approaches his bed.
"Yes daddy?"
There's tears in her eyes. The doctor must've told her.
"Can you open the curtain, I want to see the beach"
His daughter opens the curtain and the beautiful sight of Hawaii's beach greet his eyes. His daughter sits by his bed and holds his hand.
"Take good care of EunKang cafe. Call Uncle Suwon and tell him that I'm gone"
"Daddy.."
"Sweetheart...don't be sad. Promise me you'll live your life happily for me"
"I will daddy"
Jiwon takes a deep breaths. It is time.
"You better keep your promise Hoon-ah"

With that Jiwon walks out.

 

SungHoon remember how annoyed he was with Jiwon and it flames his desire to drink all night. He didn't remember when he passed out but he remembered reading a text from Jiwon asking him to go to the cafe. He remembered ignoring it because he was too intoxicated. SungHoon quickly search for his phone but he can't find it. His wallet is gone too. SungHoon wonders what had happened and why his friends left him alone without bother waking him up. Jiwon was right about his friends. They are a bunch of selfish brat.

 

SungHoon stands up, still light headed and walks his way out. He didn't even realized he's already out of the club. He slowly walks towards his house just a few blocks away. As he walks he wonders how mad Jiwon must be at him. Jiwon must've been preparing something for his birthday, that's why Jiwon texted him to come to the cafe last night. That cafe belongs to Jiwon, and they live in the apartment above the cafe. Jiwon is a great barista. SungHoon falls in love with his Vienna coffee before slowly falling in love with Jiwon. They've been together for three years.

 

SungHoon is approaching their apartment. He's not light headed anymore. As he passes through the cafe he realizes Jiwon is sitting in the cafe wearing the clothes from last night. In front of him is a cake with a melted candle. SungHoon feels a pang of guilt. Jiwon must've been waiting for him since last night with that birthday cake. SungHoon regret not coming to this cafe last night. He watches Jiwon's sad expression through the window and he is drowning in regret. SungHoon knows a sure way to make Jiwon smiles. No matter how mad Jiwon is, Jiwon will always smile whenever he acts cute and silly in front of him.

 

SungHoon stands by the window, trying to get Jiwon's attention but failed. He wanted to slap the mirror with both hands but he remembers how mad Jiwon was if he found hand prints on the glasess. So he waves both of his hands and yells for Jiwon with his cute voice but Jiwon didn't even look at his direction. SungHoon thought Jiwon is either going deaf or purposely ignoring him. SungHoon decides to go into the cafe and notices that the door already opened with balloons hanging by the door. There are rose petal trails on the floor that leads towards the table where Jiwon is sitting. SungHoon is touched but at the same time feels guilty, really guilty. With a smile on his face and tears welled up in his eyes, SungHoon walks towards Jiwon who is staring blankly at the cake. SungHoon take a sit in front of Jiwon, waiting for Jiwon to acknowledge his presence but Jiwon stay quiet. He must've been really mad at him.

 

'Jiwon hyung...'

Jiwon didn't responds.

'I'm sorry dear. Please look at me. I promised I will not hang out with those guys anymore. You were right'

Jiwon still hasn't uttered a single word. Suddenly SungHoon sees tears coming out of Jiwon's eyes. SungHoon is about to reach for Jiwon when..

"Hyung."

SungHoon is surprised by that voice. He turns around and sees Suwon is standing behind him. Suwon is the cook who is working with Jiwon.

'Oh Suwon-ah, you've came'

SungHoon stands up to greet Suwon.

"Jiwon hyung, is it true? SungHoon is dead?"

 

SungHoon can't believe his ears. Is Suwon making a joke? How can he be dead if he's standing right here.

"Yeah"

Jiwon answers and SungHoon's heart drop onto the ground.

'Guys, you're making a joke right? I'm not dead. I'm here. Hyung, I know you're mad at me but this is cruel'

SungHoon talks to both of them and try to laugh at the absurdity of the joke. His laugh stops when Jiwon slams his fist on the table and starts crying out loud.

"He's dead Suwon-ah and it's all my fault. My fault Suwon-ah"

Jiwon pounding his fist onto his chest. SungHoon can feel the hurt just by looking at it. SungHoon tries to grab on Jiwon's hand and his hand goes right through it and SungHoon is shocked. He tries to touches Jiwon's face and it goes right through it too. SungHoon can't believe it. He still can't believe it. He must've been dreaming. He's trying to slap himself to wake himself out but his hand just past through his face like a wind. SungHoon drop onto the floor. He can't be dead. He can't be. He don't even get to say goodbye.

 

"I don't even get to say goodbye Suwon-ah. You know we had a fight last night. If I only knew"

"Hyung, what happened?"

"I should've stayed. If I stayed, SungHoon will still be alive right now"

Jiwon sobs and starts to bang his head on the table. SungHoon gets up and trying to stop him but it's useless. Suwon grabs Jiwon and stops him from hurting himself.

"Hyung, calm down."

"If I stayed with him, he wouldn't have drink so much, his friend wouldn't sneak drugs into his drink"

SungHoon finally knows what kills him. It is not Jiwon fault and it kills him that Jiwon is blaming himself for that.

"Hyung, it is not your fault. SungHoon will never blame you for that"

"If I stayed. I can protect him. He will still be alive and I can give him this"

SungHoon watches Jiwon takes out a small velvet box. He opens it and theres a ring.

"Are you planning to propose hyung?"

"I want to propose to him on his birthday. We're going to live in Hawaii. I already bought a house and a cafe there. I already transfer the ownership of this cafe and the apartment upstairs to you Suwon-ah. I plan to spend the rest of my live with him. Happily married. But...but..why did I get angry at him last night. I should've stayed"

"Hyung, SungHoon is already gone stop blaming yourself. He wouldn't want you to blame yourself. Let's get you home. You need some sleep. Yoonji said you've been here all night"

SungHoon glad Suwon is here talking some sense into Jiwon. He is still struggling to accept the fact that he is dead. If he had followed Jiwon last night, he would've been celebrating his engagement right now. He'll still be alive. Most importantly he will still by by Jiwon's side.

 

"Suwon-ah, can you cook me some breakfast. I'm starving"

Jiwon calmly said to Suwon who is quite surprise by how calm Jiwon is. SungHoon is surprise too.

"Okay hyung. Wait here"

Suwon gets up and walks towards the kitchen. SungHoon occupies the empty seat in front of Jiwon. They are so close yet so far. Jiwon cries. SungHoon cries too. How can their love ended like this? Jiwon takes out the ring from the box and put it on his finger. He lets out a small chuckle.

"Hoon-ah"

SungHoon is startled. Does Jiwon knows he's here?

"Hoon-ah, remember what we promised? To be together forever. I'm going to see you now"

'Hyung!! What are you saying?'

SungHoon eyes widened in fear as he sees Jiwon is taking out a bottle of sleeping pills.

'Hyung!!! Don't do that. Suwon!!!!!!'

SungHoon knows no one can hear him but he got to do something. He can't let Jiwon do this. He tries grabbing the bottle from Jiwon but he know his effort his useless. He painfully watches Jiwon swallows the pills before dropping on the floor.

'Hyung!!!!!'

 

"Hoon-ah"

Sunghoon turns around and to his horror, Jiwon is standing behind him. Jiwon is also lying unconsciously on the floor.

"Hoon-ah!!!"

Jiwon hugs SungHoon. This time SungHoon can touches Jiwon too. SungHoon hugs Jiwon tight.

"Hoon-ah, I'm sorry. I shouldn't left. I should've stayed by your side"

'Hyung, it's not your fault. If anyone is at fault, it would be me. Sorry for last night'

"It's okay Hoon-ah. What important is we're together now"

'No we're not. Hyung, you have to go back'

"But, I can't. I'm already dead"

'There's still time. Listen hyung, I love you. With all my heart I love you. Always. But I don't want you to die for me.'

"I don't want to live without you Hoon-ah"

'I will always be with you hyung. Live your life happily for me'

Jiwon didn't get to finish his sentence as SungHoon locked lips with him. Jiwon kisses him back passionately.

'Go back hyung. Go to Hawaii. I love you. Live your life. When the time comes, I'll be waiting for you'

SungHoon pushes Jiwon back into his unconscious body and at the same time Suwon comes out of the kitchen screaming at the sight of Jiwon.

 

30 YEARS LATER

 

Jiwon is lying on the bed, weak and his breath becomes shorter by the second.

"Maeri...."

Jiwon calls his adopted daughter. A sweet woman approaches his bed.

"Yes daddy?"

There's tears in her eyes. The doctor must've told her.

"Can you open the curtain, I want to see the beach"

His daughter opens the curtain and the beautiful sight of Hawaii's beach greet his eyes. His daughter sits by his bed and holds his hand.

"Take good care of EunKang cafe. Call Uncle Suwon and tell him that I'm gone"

"Daddy.."

"Sweetheart...don't be sad. Promise me you'll live your life happily for me"

"I will daddy"

Jiwon takes a deep breaths. It is time.

"You better keep your promise Hoon-ah"

Jiwon smiles as he drew his last breath.

SungHoon woke up alone at the club lounge. Last night was a bit crazy, even to his standard. His friends threw a costume party for his birthday and since it was his birthday, SungHoon chose to wear a prince-like costume (Even if it wasnt his birthday he'll still wearing that costume). SungHoon didnt remember much about last night besides the drinking and the fighting.

 

Ahh...the fighting. SungHoon let out a heavy sigh filled with regret. Now that he thinks about it, Jiwon does have a point. Jiwon wanted to leave the party early but SungHoon wanted to stay. SungHoon told Jiwon to go first and Jiwon got angry.

 

"Are you saying you'd rather be with your friends than me?"

'I'm not saying that. It's just...I havent hang out with the guys for ages and it's rude for me to leave the party. They took the time to plan this for me'

"You've been here for almost 2 hours. That's long enough"

'You always want to leave early whenever we hang out with my friends'

"I never like your friends"

'And there it is. Why don't you like my friends'

"They're a bunch of selfish snobby spoiled rich brat who doesn't know anything but drinking and partying. What kind of birthday party it is if you're just drinking shots all night and taking drugs?"

'I'm not taking drugs'

"Your 'friends' do"

SungHoon is offended by Jiwon's remarks. Even though it's true, they are his friends. He used to be one of those snobby spoiled rich brat before he knew Jiwon. Jiwon noticed SungHoon's expression and soften his voice.

"Hoon-ah, it's your birthday. Let's go home and have a party of our own"

'You're right. It is my birthday and I can do whatever I want. I want to celebrate it with my friends'
