Who do you think can gain a fandom & impact like Taeyeon's among new gen female idols?

I mean someone who can gain a large fandom and have a successful solo career? They don't have 

to be similar to Taeyeon in vocal abilities, but someone who can generate the same impact & popularity 

and a loyal large fandom. Taeyeon has the largest fandom among female idols, who do you think can

taeyeon is the main vocalist of snsd.

taeyeon has proven time and time that she can keep up with the dance line.

taeyeon has proven versatility with radiom hosting and even acting.

taeyeon is the queen of OST's for a reason.

i don't really has a clear candidates for now most of them doesn't excell in certain attractions like what Taeyeon has to gain that huge fanbase. either comes from their self or the unimpressive management to marketing the girls more.. but let see in few years who knows

The thing with Taeyeon was that she was instantly very popular from the start and still is to this day 9 years on. Her voice may have started but things like her looks, personality and even simply being leader of SNSD helped sustain it. Arguably she ticks every box of how to make an all round female idol.

 

At the moment the isn't really anyone like that among old or new gen groups. Some may be talented but public/fans don't really care for them, some may be popular for their looks or charm but cant carry themselves as a solo idol (remember Taeyeon was already popular on her own for her hit OSTs before SNSD went nuclear with Gee) or some are very popular but only as a trend and can't sustain it for more than a couple years.

I realized irene has always been red velvet stan attractor.

Just like other user said , she tick all the box , even haters care about her for so many years already which is also help sustain her relevancy.

9 years and it doesn't look like she is going to lose popularity any time soon despite snsd being at the dawn of their career as group

 

Someone like taeyeon coming once in a blue moon. Probably until the next decade before we might have another one

I remember watched her WGM with hyungdon when they go to fortune teller. The fortune teller tells how taeyeon is like a sun rising behind mountain. So bright. And that she will become a big star , walking in flowery path in the future. the guy was right
