It means running (marathon) time, and when I finish already feeling tired and get better sleep when I wake up it feels much better and I feel refresh.

I have a yoga friend and I got shock when she suddenly cried during the session. I was told that she has some depression and it's actually pretty often someone crying during/after yoga because it helps emotional release.
