Do you think it's possible (and practical) to move to another country when having a chronic illness?

I know it highly depends on the illness but I can't see myself living for more than 2-5 years in a foreign country with RA because of all the check ups, blood tests and meds

Unless that country is better than your country in treating the illness, it's probably not that practical. Especially since at least in your own country it'll be easier to have insurance help to cover the check-ups and medications.

Not when the alternative medicine is 5000$/month and my insurance covers til I'm 25 lol

Yeah it's close to impossible to find an insurance company that'll take 5000$/month for life as a burden lol

Damn that sucks that it's like that. And some of the ones that would let you sign up would give you high rates.
