Or AOA's Seolhyun, no one paid attention to her until she became a rising star in Korea. Why is this? Why do you guys only start paying attention to things when Koreans decide its "good"? When international websites see that something is trending in Korea, more articles get translated about them so when these people get media attention in Korea, they also get media attention outside of Korea. I personally didn't know who Seolhyun was until late 2014 but I knew AOA and ChoA since 2012, and I knew Cheng Xiao because she looked like one of my favorite celebrities.
