Usually battery on phones + any electronic devices has 1 to 2 years of life if you charge it everyday when you sleep. 3 (also adds to 1) can you remove the battery. If yes. Do so and leave that for a few minutes and try charging it again. 4. Try using another charger (try the USB, lighting cable first. If that didn't work then your outlet). Could just be your charger reached it's end point and you need a new one USB/lighting cable or the main thing itself 5. if your phone is new than i suggest calling the manufacture in your country and see if they can replace it.
