What I get from this is they pretty much proposed the same settlement they did for others to Tao but the lawyers argued that this case is different therefore the other cases cannot be used as guide hence they didn't accept the settlement but the case is still in mediation.

 

Ultimately, from the last part I highlighted, it seems they will not agree to the settlement proposed and waiting to see if they will come up with different/more satisfactory terms.

 

 

Personally, I want this to be over soon but not at the expense of settling for something that is not fair. I support Tao standing up for himself and wish him the best result on this case.

Truth

 

I really hope Tao's lawyers win this one. SM is standing on shaky ground. They do abuse their talent. I remember Chanyeol vomiting back stage and the managers hovering over him and making him take water and then shoved him back on the stage. I will never forget SM making EXO perform in torrential rain during a Typhoon in Japan. If Tao's side can win this one it will be a victory for all in that brutal industry who are forced or coerced (like Chanyeol) to perform while injured.

 

The SM managers have no right ethically to make or convince Tao or any of the EXO members while sick or injured to perform. This is really an important law suit. SM may have "legal" language on their side but nothing else. I don't want a world like SM's world.

Tao went to LA before to heal his injuries right. I am sure they have enough hospital records and evidences to used about his injuries and SM forcng him still to perform. I mean even as fans knows that. He was injured many times and still have to go to schedule. I hope he wins his lawsuit. There isn't really a lawsuit from the Chinese idols who left that won yet so I am nervous. Hangeng, Kris and Luhan all settled. (The only one I know that win on court against SM is JYJ). I hope Tao side so not easily settle. I want this case to end soon too but Tao winning his case and proving SM's guilt is more important to me. And we can slap that to his haters as well. Tao fighting!!!
