I live less than 5 minutes away but i still dont feel safe. its like damn being a woman is so annoying. all I want to do is go home and relax. can you just fuck off?no im not a prostitute, no I don't need a ride. But I also did think my previous neighbourhood was safe and it turned out that it wasn't. I'm not exactly scared but it's uncomfortable and I'm more alert than I would be walking with someone. I live in a pretty quiet college town now where crime is exceptionally low, and I always carry my phone with me in case of an emergency, so yes I feel safe. I also felt safe when I lived in Seoul, which was surprising since it is such a large city. When I was in DC tho, hell no. Same thing when I was in NYC.
