*UPDATE* Hillary under fire from UN - Julian Assange to be assassinated?

A joke gone too far or a legitimate concern?

For those of you who don't know, Julian Assange is an Australian publisher, founder of WikiLeaks, and is known to claim to possess highly incriminating evidence against Hillary and has recently threatened to release it in cooperation with the rest WikiLeaks this coming Tuesday, which was soon cancelled due to security concerns (http://www.bizpacreview.com/2016/10/02/wednesday-hillary-clinton-done-reports-julian-assanges-announcement-tuesday-will-finish-396507).

Bob Beckel, CNN commentator and democrat strategist, explicitly stated on Fox News that a solution to take out Assange could be to "illegally shoot the son of a b*tch"

Furthermore, Hillary Clinton herself has inquired on ways to take out Assange. While it may seem as if she was joking, the following piece implies that she was quite serious.

Beckel's defense in taking out Assange was accusing him of treason against America, despite the fact that he is Australian.

To elicit such a response from Hillary and other democrats, is it possible that Assange does in fact possess the highly incriminating information he claims to have?

What's worse, however, is how people are defending this sort of response:

Do you support the illegal assassination of a publisher because what he know may make your candidate look bad?

Or, perhaps, is there more to Assange than is covered in this post?

But that's besides the point.

Is it possible that he will be assassinated? It wouldn't be far-fetched to assume so, as shady reports in the past have noted the mysterious deaths of high-profile Hillary opponents (I claim this loosely).

So what do you make of this?

Please keep discussion civil and respectful xoxo

I'll try to update this post if more information emerges.

Update: Hillary is currently under fire by the United Nations

http://truepundit.com/united-nations-targeting-wikileaks-founder-with-drone-strike-criminal-human-rights-violation/

"Targeting or “taking out†Wikileaks founder Julian Assange via military drone strike would be a criminal violation of international human rights laws, a United Nations envoy said Monday."

"“As importantly, and as repeatedly demonstrated in the context of armed conflicts, the accuracy of drones killings leave a lot to be desired, resulting in collateral civilian deaths and injuries,†Dr. Callamrd said. “This is a risk that cannot be justified under international human rights law — in contrast with international humanitarian law: drone killing of anyone other than the target, such as family members, friends, passers-by, would amount to an arbitrary deprivation of life, that is a violation of human rights law, and could result in State responsibility and individual criminal liability.â€"

Woah, I'm anticipating the leak.

And no, I don't support the murder of a publisher for having incriminating evidence against my preferred candidate.

Question, is the man still in the Ecuadorian embassy in London??

Trump openly encouraged the assassination of Hillary~ And people still think it's a good idea to vote for him~

This is not me justifying what Hillary said, but for all the people being criticized for "defending her", no one seems to care about Trump saying this about his OPPONENT~

Anyone who thinks leaking highly classified information to the public including things that affect national security is a good thing needs to re-evaluate their level of thinking.

It is a good thing... Wikileaks is the only reason we found out the NSA even existed.

Dr Agnes Callmard of the United Nations had a few words about this

http://truepundit.com/united-nations-targeting-wikileaks-founder-with-drone-strike-criminal-human-rights-violation/

And an update on Assange, as he is in fact the FOUNDER of WikiLeaks, not a cooperator

The NSA has existed since 1952 and it has never been a secret organization. That was the thing about the Snowden leaks they really didn't put anything new out there. It just drew attention to what we already new was going on. This is just one example of US voters needing to be more engaged with their government. The NSA was wiretapping US citizen's phones without warrants under George W Bush as far back as 2001. Why then should it have been so shocking that the cell companies were complying with requests from the in NSA to give up people's call information.

As far as Assange goes, of course the US shouldn't be talking about assassinating him, but he does need to be brought to justice so the two women that he raped can have their day in court.

Hello, your honor Mr/Mrs Judge who makes the final verdict.

What an excuse...

funny enough, right when this leak was published, he changed locations because of high assassination risk where he was currently residing

Woah, really?? I thought the English police was stationed around the clock to arrest him as soon as he left the embassy. Thank you for the information.

Don't twist what I said. He should be extradited to Switzerland and face trial specifically so a Judge and Jury can evaluate the case, and if he is judged innocent then he should move on with his life.

I believe the London Metro Police gave up on waiting for him some time ago. Really it's not their problem anyway, since the charges against him are in Sweden. He's just defying Britain's extradition order against him.

Please, you wrote "the two women that he raped"

You have already decided for yourself he raped them. Don't deny the obvious, "your honor".

I as a policy ALWAYS believe and side with victims until a court of law exonerates the suspect. I believe this is appropriate because historically rape victims have not been taken seriously, and the whole system repeatedly revictimizes them, even in the best case scenario.

Why are we talking about a rape trial?

It's relevant because people forget that the whole reason he lives in the Equadorian Embassy in London as opposed to his home is not because the US government is going after him, but because he is fleeing a valid British extradition order stemming from valid Swedish charges.

1. Unbelievably unintelligent and very scary mindset. Especially when it comes to political confrontations. How old are you btw?

2. The amount of "no I didn't, don't twist", "ok ok I did, because I believe ..." self-confusing and self-contradicting statements are funny.

Hmmm it's not exactly relevant but still good to know

I'll be 38 this month, but that's irrelevant, and I have not contradicted myself once. If you choose to believe these charges are political then okay, but in my experience prosecutors don't try cases that they can't win. That's one of the reasons that the justice system is so overwhelming stacked against rape victims.

It's very relevant tbh If a 38 year old person thinks like that, then Murica is doomed. Unbelievable and scary. I thought you were 13 or 14 reading your response.
