Spanish speakers do you understand what she says ??

so i was listening to Shakira La Tortura and saw some comment saying that even spanish speakers don't understand what she says but isn't she colombian and they speak spanish right

I understand her and I'm not even a native Spanish speaker.

Is more easy for me to understand those from Latin America than Spain or those who speak Spanish in Spain (migrants)  than native Spanish speakers from Spain. Spanish pronunciation in Spain is the most difficult from all spanish speaking countries, I have to concentrate to understand what they are saying... their pronunciation is killing me softly    :lol:

yess me too i go back to listen to some old song when i feel bored even tho i don't understant what she says lol

It's a common saying that shakira's songs can't be understood whatever language she is singing in. Mostly because the way she pronounces words isn't very clear tbh so you miss what she is saying

ohh it's like british and american english accent as non english speaker i find british accent so hard to understand

British accent is ok, because in our schools  students learn British English. It was always like that. I don't even consider they have an accent, that's English for me, the others (americans, canadians etc.) have an accent. 

but with Spanish I have a problem if they speak quickly. Unfortunately I didn't learn Spanish in school, only from Tv watching south american telenovelas :P
