Oliver 22,442 Posted October 1, 2016 Share Posted October 1, 2016 Now that Unpretty rapstar is over.. and CLC are still not taking off .. don't you think it would be good to add Soyeon to CLC?? she gained alot of fans in Unpretty Rapstar.. and she was always one of the best in produce 101 performances.... and tbh I don't think she can make it as a solo.. I think it could be good to add her to CLC cuz CLC only has 1 rapper and Yeeun has too many lines anyways.. also for concepts.. Since the whole of the nation isn't watching the girls every move though (like when PD101 happened and the Eunbin x CLC controversy thingo) if she joined I don't see why it'd be a major problem among news.. Seunghee and Elkie are pretty strong tho, so I'd say a 2nd rapper to rap with Yeeun would be more beneficial. They're my biases, but I don't think they're as strong as the fandom thinks. Seunghee and Elkie are both unstable, specially Seunghee. She has problems to control her breath and even though it has gotten better after Girl Spirit, she still has to work on that. Another strong vocalist would definitely be a better addition, but as I said, I'm satisfied with CLC's lineup. I think Soyeon should debut in another group in the future with a image that fits her because I can't imagine her pulling off CLC's latest concepts, specially Chamisma. I'd like her to debut as a soloist actually, but every time I think about how things ended up for G.na and how Roh Jihoon and Shin Jihoon are probably trapped somewhere in Cube's building I'm more convinced that this is a really bad idea. Someone said once on Soyeon's official thread that the reason Soyeon probably wasn't in CLC was because Yeeun got added. Even though I would really like her to go solo since she is a strong dancer, vocalist, and rapper, it'd really be unrealistic unless Cube and pull off a miracle. I just hope when she debuts next year with a group, that she doesn't get buried because she's a rapper and/or "ugly" to knetz.
