So she snogs a boy asap, then continues to grind on multiple other males. At the end of the night she has been spending a lot of time with the first boy she kissed and she leads him back to her house. Where they have sex. They wake up, she doesn't remember anything. If she was at a state where she didn't know what she was doing, and wasn't capable of saying no, then it was rape. Her not remembering anything the day after doesn't mean she was raped. She could have had more alcohol after they had sex, for instance. Did she rape him? Maybe, we don't know. Did he rape her? Maybe. I would be inclined to say neither of it is true.
