Its just that its pretty tame compared to the harassement Seolhyun got so yeah, the magnitude is not the same. At the end of the day, the public will keep listening to his songs and he will do just fine but Seolhyun will have to work REALLY hard to move forward successfully after this mess. When he was getting hate for making her 'run' to him, getting called trash, the worst sort of boyfriend, 'his not a man', mannerless, inconsiderate bastard, a prime example of the type of man women should stay away from: why didn't she come forward to defend him? Both of them got into this relationship and as I said before Seolhyun chose him (whether fans like it or not) so putting the entire blame on him is not right, it takes two to tango. However, from the perspective of the general public and sane fans (who werent the ones harrassing either of them), it would make sense for them to expect more from Zico considering Seolhyun was in a vulnerable situation. Female idols get hate just for breathing so obviously girl had to stay quiet...nobody expected her to speak up because that would have been a suicide move. Both got hate (and still do) but not on the same level. Zico got trashed for being an inconsiderate boyfriend who never defended his girl when was she was getting slutshamed left and right. Seolhyun got all sort of nasty jokes and sexual harrassement on male communities (coming from her bitter fanboys and uncle fans who could not deal with the situation and wanted her to break up with him). So now Zico is seen as a the ass**** and Seolhyun is being both shamed and pitied for running to Zico and choosing him out of all guys, for wearing the short dresses and basically choosing to date and "dumping everything for that man".
