College Student Printed Out Roommate's Subtweets

College roommate etiquette 101: If you're going to passive-aggressively subtweet about your roomie, at least make your account private. Pennsylvania State student @JessyJeanie discovered her roommate's Twitter account earlier this week, filled with subtweets regarding their apparently not-so-perfect pairing. Since open dialogue is the go-to solution for roommate woes, @JessyJeanie printed out the subtweets and hung them on a public bulletin board in their dormitory. And then tweeted it to the world.

Needless to say, her roommate wasn't thrilled once the passive aggressive tweets went viral (the initial tweet has been favorited over 220,000 times), but the saga didn't end there. Soon, fellow residents, campus police, and the Resident Assistant got involved. Of course, the entire incident is documented on Twitter. Word to the wise: apparently a Twitter war does not equal a happy floor.

I remember back in college I found some truly vile things said about one of my friends on Twitter and it just boggled my mind how people would write about wanting to murder someone and throw them in the river on a public account that anyone could find (and of course act all smiles in person)  :derp: Those tweets in the OP are pretty tame in comparison but I'm not mad they got dragged

From the articles I've seen they were both pretty damn petty about the whole thing.

Nah but trashing the person's room who printed those subtweets and calling the police for smoking weed? That's a guilt trip
