OH users who order on Kpoptown, I need you

Ok so kpoptown is reliable


I know it, because I've ordered there 4 times


in standar shipping and it arrived and it was perfect


no problem


 


but almost 4 weeks ago I did a "big" order from them


I ordered three albums with posters


(yes I like posters judge all you want)


 


anyways it's been shipped three weeks ago and still haven't arrived yet


I'm getting a big nervous about my package because


first of all I can't track it because it's standard shipping


also I know It could take up to 4 week before it arrives


but the other times I've order there, it arrived 10 days maximum 2 weeks


after it's been shipped


:unsure:


 


so my question actually is


have you ever ordered a lot of albums/merch at the same


and did it take more time than when you ordered just one item?


(I live in France btw)

i've never ordered a lot of items from there before, but i know the kpop club i was in in college buys a lot of merchandise from there for their end of the semester giveaways and a lot of the time, some of the items they've bought from the site doesn't arrive in time for the club giveaways. I live in the US, btw.

I use Kpoptown and its pretty reliable, most things come as stated on the delivery time. If you used shipping that allowed you to track it online then you should know where your package is? How long did it say it was going to take to arrive?if its been longer than that then i think you should contact Kpoptown and tell them somethings up

I've ordered from kpoptown, and yes it can take awhile sometimes. I wouldn't worry yet, wait at least another week and then contact them. They may be able to help. One time they sent me the wrong poster, and I emailed them and they apologized and sent the correct one for free.

Did you get a tracking number? If so maybe look through that and you'll find out where it went. Sometimes it takes a while to get everything together (my orders are like 8+ albums + posters) but they usually arrive in great time. Maybe you have separate packages! But you shouldn't worry until one or two more weeks. Then contact kpoptown about a lost order.

I can't track my package because I chose standard shipping

I'm just low key freaking out because it's taking longer than usual

but either wait it suppose to take 4 weeks max

French fan here too! Just contact them, they answer quickly so you'll be fixed on the situation. But this is not uncommon. This happened to me for a small order (a DVD). (C'est surement lié à la sécurité plus sévère à la douane avec les attentats et tout).

I ordered from kpoptown and it took a month for me to get my preordered EXO lightstick v2. If they give you an estimate and it still hasn't come, and you don't have tracking yet then email them because they reply back very fast. Their customer service is awesome. 

 

For my lightstick they never gave me a tracking number and told me to wait three weeks. I waited almost a month and finally emailed them about the issue. It turned out they had lost my order, but they told me it was a fault on their side. They sent me the lightstick a week later.

I will never buy from kpoptown anymore. I also did a really big order and they lost it. I had to wait months and even then, they made tons of excuses instead of refunding me (such as "we can't find your payment" when everything was on paypal).

Basically I told them to go fuck themselves and I opened a case with PayPal who decided in my favour and refunded me every single cent, even the shipping.

Don't worry. Paypal is extremely fair, my only advice is to give them 2 weeks at most to answer your questions, if they don't reply and start making excuses just go to PayPal right away and everything will be settled in 2 weeks tops!
