Do you find stalking more creepy if done by someone you know or a stranger?

I used to think it's the latter, but now I'm not so sure. What do y'all think?

 

Edit: I just thought of something... There's kinda a dilemma if it's someone you know. It's hard to really recognize the abusive behavior until it's gotten worse. It's like you'll be creeped out, but you won't truly start doing things until it gets worse. And if it's a stranger, there's kinda no hesitation in reporting him/her. But if it's someone you know, it's hard to file a restraining order against that person.

legit stalking is creepy regardless of party

 

but for social media stalking if its someone i know then they might just be trying to get to know me better by looking through my post history etc. strangers doing that is hella weird

i had an acquaintance. she was stalking, threatening other girls that talk to 'her man', stalking and stalking, 
honestly? it wasnt weird at all. she was... normal.

Stalking is stalking so either is creepy, but someone you know is more likely to know your schedule and that's someone think you can trust so I think that's scarier honestly.
