Have you ever tried to quit KPOP?

If so, what made you do so? How was the process? What did you do? And what are you doing here? :imstupid:

If no, can you imagine a day where you would want to do this. What's the probability of you ever wanting to quit KPOP?

*quit as in leave all your fandom and basically just quit KPOP lol :imstupid:

Nah, everytime I strayed away from Kpop, it never was an intentional move, just interests shifting.

Dunno why I would intentionally quit Kpop though, it's fun, and one of my many interests in life. I don't have to quit anything, I just shuffle through my different passions and interests.

i did try to! i didn't keep up for a long time, just over 3 months.... but i'm back now haha ~

i'm one of those people who i have to find something to enjoy, or i just jump straight back... i played video games in my time away.

Same with me... until 2012-2015 3years... i back to my old hobby... online gaming...

I lost interest in 2014 then Kai brought me back and now it's pretty fun. I'm sure I'll lose interest again one day but I don't see why I would actively try to quit, it's just one of my hobby. Unless I become unhealthily obsessed with my bias or if I start spending half my time on OH in the Bashing thread.

i'm actually someone who loves art. especially everything related to music. even till now i never throw away/delete any music i have. so my answer is no, because no matter what people say, kpop is an art form n i can't even imagine living one day without hearing music. maybe i stop for a moment while listening to others music but i won't quit from it.

Yes. It's a cycle. Happens every year. When classes start, my interest in Kpop naturally withers away as I try to keep up with my studies. I did "leave" Kpop in 2015 as it was my senior year/first semester of college. I still kept up with some groups, like Lovelyz and Day6, but I remember not logging onto OH for months at a time. I spent this year getting into anime, western male models, and listening to more non-asian music acts.

I have said this in another thread, but I will say it again and make it shorter than before.

I almost quit Kpop in 2014 when Jessica quit SNSD. I have been a Sone since 2008 so it just doesn't feel right seeing SNSD OT8 after seeing SNSD OT9 for 6 years even though my UB in SNSD is Taeyeon. After Jessica quit I get further and further away from Kpop with only following news about Taeyeon. I was looking for another group to stan but just can't find any until I finally found Twice's LOA mv(I didn't know Sixteen exist back then) and decide to became Once and comeback to Kpop.
