I'm kinda conflicted as I love their earlier more complex songs with edited vocals but at the same time what I enjoy about the more recent years is that we get to hear more of their voices. Any song recommendations? I love Tokio Girl & Flash... It's really difficult for me to choose but here you go Chocolate Disco (this mv is really low budget since it's from before they became big) Tokimeki Lights Album Mix (Perfume albums tend to have remixes of some of their songs) Nee (this is one of my most played Perfume songs) The Nee single also has a b-side with a MV, it's called Fake It and is also great Spring Of Life (another one of them, although it might be the album mix in my case) Miracle Worker, maybe the best song of their latest album imo (with Baby Face) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Their songs remind me of f(x), Rum Pum Pum era esp <3 Didn't know they debuted in 2001, wow. Jpop idols' debut ages are even younger than Kpop idols'... Is the short-haired girl's name Kawashima Yuuka btw? Ah no, Yuuka left the group when they were 12-13 and the short haired girl replaced her (they were all from the same class in their school) before they debuted. Her name is Omoto Ayano but everyone knows her as Nocchi. As for the young age they debuted in, it's quite common in Japan for girls to be idols as a hobby during their school years. If they become successful they continue but if they don't, they move on with ordinary jobs. Perfume are a bit unique however since there are almost no groups that have been around for as long as they have.
