These groups yes are popular with the general public But boy groups in general tend to have bigger fandoms in Korea than girl groups. What are you basing your numbers off of for Winner and Ikon tho? ethereal 20,923 Posted September 24, 2016 Share Posted September 24, 2016 Concert attendees and album sales.. bts has the second highest album sales of boy groups after exo this year tho O.O i can't say anything about concerts, but bts boasts sold out shows every time they do concerts in korea. anyway, it's a known fact that bts is extremely popular with korean middle schoolers and they're constantly growing, so please don't underestimate their fandom size or fandom power. bts dominates in physicals and they're catching up in digitals. they're a force to be reckoned with.
