I really hope they will gain attention eventually, it is hard with there being so many idols there that the camera keeps focusing on (DIA, Good Day, Jiwon, Areum...)

KBS should take away some screentime from DIA and give it to BG, lol. I feel like they are not giving screentime to idols who they think are popular (except, for some reason, DIA) to make it a little more even I guess, but Brave Girls are clearly not popular in Korea, and they are being affected by this.

I know somebody will be offended by this but the constant talk of DIA over and over again has already gotten on my nerves. I choose not to participate in any discussion involving them but it is really starting to get really annoying constantly hearing about them every time. The whole point of this show was to show the audience other idols to give them this presumed "second chance" and they only do it for the same people that they just keep showing, it is honestly so frustrating. I have yet to see the new episodes but pretty sure the DIA members are going to be involved in it, AGAIN.

Eunji though, you can tell how nervous she was. She was going a bit too fast and getting off beat sometimes (and even made a couple mistakes), thank god it wasn't that notorious. She still kept up good energy and great facial expressions.

There are so much things going on this show that I'm not liking either. DIA's screen time hasn't been THAT much to be honest. But still, among "popular" groups, I think they've been the group with most screen time. And yeah, I def get what you mean, I'm also getting tired of people talking and hyping up the same contestants (even though I still support some of them). But I don't want to appear as a 'salty fan', lol (which I kinda am tbh), but anyways. 

 

I did notice Eunji was really nervous maybe because she was the leader of the group and could have had a lot of pressure on her to do well, either or, she gave it her all and I am so proud of her! You can tell just how much being on this show means to them when they show that kind of expression, yet they want to focus more on Areum constantly yelling out random words here and there.

 

I will admit I too am a salty fan cause the screentime has not been fair for everyone.

It must be illegal on how low Eunji and Yujeong are on the rankings for The Unit. Seriously. There are idols that are charting even higher when they really should not be, can people wake the hell up?

 

No I am not being biased because I have friends who had said the same exact thing, lol.

Uggh. This is honestly so frustrating. The one from last week was even more fair and showing the other idols. At least she got a cute ending pose.

The problem with this show is that it seems to cater to the very people who are already in the top 8, they almost always show Jiwon, Areum and those two girls from DIA, it is actually a bit frustrating. How about we show other interactions than the same people all of the time? Sorry for being so against DIA, but the amount of screentime/praise/attention they get just makes me want to say "WTF, why?" Like their audition was just okay but people made a big deal about it.

thank you! i would make an awards thread myself, but im too busy as of late and wouldn't be too efficient in supervising and organizing it. :( hopefully someone who has some free time will volunteer to create one! i'd gladly contribute.

 

If only I knew what it is I had to do then I would totally be up for it but I dont want to create a thread not knowing what I have to do 

Also, is there any chance we can have the OP updated? I mean, yes it is updated with current roster of members and what not but I think we could make it look really nice and update the links more and what not. I would be willing to make some nice sets but I do not want to offend the OP in anyway.

They are good but I do feel the ones that are less zoomed in are better, and perhaps maybe we need to change the color tone for Yuna? Hers looks really out of place in comparison.

Eunji would be great to cover boy groups songs, she's has so much energy.

 

She has a lot of energy I can give her that but she also could have done a lot better in this, I have seen her dance solos before and they were really good. In this case, she should have just go ahead and do her signature vertical split to get added points because all she was really doing was moving her arms around. Come on Eunji, get those votes in!

I haven't been active but I have to say I am kinda disappointed in the unit.... They have idols who haven't even debut or have debut for only a short amount of time on there... i feel all of brave girls (who have auditioned) should have been on there if its a REBOOT show for already debuted idols. I am a little salty because not just yuna got passed up other idols have gotten past up from this show to newly debuted idols or not even debuted idols on the show... It just doesn't make any sense. But im so glad that Melody day and Brave girls are in the the lead groups it seems. 

 

Considering The Unit has given them little to no screen time whatsoever (save for Yujeong actually speaking to the camera in those cut away scenes) I am glad that they are at least in the 30s in terms of place on rankings, I hope that they will eventually rise and that KBS learns how to give screentime to other contestants rather than the same contestants that they keep focusing on.

Have we all come to accept that Hyeran is no longer part of the group? I feel like no Fearless believes in the whole "indefinite hiatus" thing due to "health reasons" especially when she is pretty active on social media, selling jewelry (a sure sign that you need some sort of quick income. Example: Bekah from After School) and from her IG posts she has made absolutely no posts about showing her support for Rollin', has had no hangouts or interactions with any of the current members and has looked for the most part pretty healthy considering she was on a hiatus due to medical reasons.

Same here. I really do love her and she has so much potential to grow into a really amazing rapper, her skills are not like anyone I have seen in a very long time (in terms of female idol rappers)

i think she is out from group but i think her contract is not over yet so she is not offcially out 

 

This is what I was thinking, so rather than forcing her to be in the group (because Brave does seem to be a bit more lenient than say the Big 3 which pretty much force you against your will) they are letting her ride it out as an "indefinite hiatus" though they really do not bother doing a hard job of hiding it lol. I am just wondering if I should just go ahead and list her as a "Previous Members" when I make the new OP...
