What exactly does "icon of moderation" mean?

It concerns the fact that throughout her career Seohyun has been an exmeplary role model and icon. No scandals, no misinterpreted comments.

 

In fact in so many years the only thing that haters have used to hate on her have been her cute puffy cheeks :chu: . There is no fault in her as a person, and that is why I love her.
