May 2013. Jessica had gone to Paris for a Vogue shoot in the latter half of April 2013 and was there till well into May. There were also fanaccs around that time from people saying that they'd seen Sooyoung and her mother there, too.

 

Sooyoung's also got a post on her Weibo that cites a pic of her with Jessica and her sister in Paris, May 2013. Their outfits are the same in it.

I haven't seen any tweets suggesting that the girls would be promoting the Korean version. So it might just be in Japan?
