I wonder if SNSD needs the MAMA awards to maintain their popularity or national group status. They already have won so many awards including the daesang. Even without winning any awards in MAMA awards in 2009 and 2010, they still the popular girl group in Korea. Of course no girl group can surpass what they achieved in 2009 and early 2010 and in 2011.

 

Also SM now need to make their boy groups are more popular in the eyes of public. Then I think Korean dont really care about the awards or the winner. The poll statistic show that chinese fans are the most that votes for MAMA. There still time to confirm if they really going there but I think SM will send one or two members only. If they dont come just accept whoever the winner for the best girl group. But if you think if SNSD lost and it will affect them..just remember, no girl group can compare to SNSD just yet.

Sometimes I wish to know what on people mind. I hope Hyoyeon and Seohyun will give the best if they really perform with Lee Hyori at MAMA....

 

And I love Jessica. I always wish the best for her and want the best for her. Of course I want her to be healthy always. So it is my wish wrong? I will be really really really happy if she attends the MAMA. 

 

Sometime it is hard to judge the people and sometime people are judging wrongly about other people.

I'm really dont mind about Jessica is getting less lines in their new Japanese album cause she is still the main singer especially for their tour. But someone makes a thread stating that Tiffany is improving and becoming more better. So she deserves to have more lines in their album.

 

Soooo does it mean Jessica is not improving at all and her quality in singing is decreased? And that why she is getting less lines?

I think TTS will make a comeback first than SNSD. Their new Japanese tour will be in mid 2014... so SNSD will have a comeback in late 2014..

 

Also is there any confirmation from SM that SNSD will have a comeback early 2014 or it just a instagram message or a twit from twitter??????

 

Because everyone think TTS is SNSD also, so there is no surprise if SM announce that it is TTS that will have a comeback first before SNSD nine members...I think no one will care about it. Every sone will be happy. They support everything that come out from TTS or SNSD.

 

Now I'm hoping for Jessica to be very active on her weibo...I guess she will have less activities next year..with new trainees to debut, SM will only care for anyone that can give them money..

your theory seems fairly unlikely.

 

1.5 to 2 years is a long period for a group to be gone in the kpop world.  

even when Big Bang didn't release an official BB album for ~2 years they were still releasing singles.  and people really need to stop being so paranoid about "OMG SM is shelving SNSD!!!" because that isn't going to happen as long as SNSD is still one of their primary money-makers.  hell, TVXQ and SuJu are shadows of their former selves and you didn't see SM stop milking them for money.  

SM's never had problems with more than one group before; i've said this before but i don't know why people insist somehow SM, who is rolling in more money than ever, is for some reason going to have difficulty promoting multiple groups.

and they're especially not going to shelf them for a rookie girl group that won't be making any money.

 

so SM's coasting, yes.

not spending as much time as they should to make SNSD bigger, yes.

but ignoring them?  hardly.

 

at worst, what we'll see from here on out is SM staying the course and repeating the same program to continue to get as much out of SNSD as they can without any further investment.  i don't want to see that be the case, but nonetheless if we're talking at worst.  

but putting them on some figurative back-burner doesn't make money.

 

and generally speaking, they've never promoted TTS as SNSD.  

they always made that distinction fairly clear in the past, so it likewise seems unlikely they'd suddenly be vague about the distinction between SNSD and TTS now, and call TTS one and the same as SNSD.

 

also new trainees and debuts likely have little to do with Sica as its pretty unlikely she has anything to do with training them.  her and SNSD's activities are pretty much her and SNSD's issues to deal with.

 

that said, ultimately your guess is as good as anyone's. 

 

You're right..but boy groups are different from girl groups. Boy groups has hardcore fangirls that will support them till the end. While for girl groups, the fans will leave them when they get old. Only the popular members in the eyes of public will remain in the entertainment world. 

And some fans are calling TTS is SNSD ....for them TTS and SNSD is one...and still there is no valid news that SNSD will have a comeback first..Taeyeon maybe is talking about TTS new album?? Who know???

 

And to be honest, I'm confident that Jessica can take care of herself...just hoping that she will find something on her own and not to depend on SM.

Ohhhh Jessica...today she she is showing that she is really a woman..By dancing and singing to Lee Hyori's song is a prove, she is really really like Lee Hyori since her debut. I'm still remember on a show, that she was shyly talking with Hyori on phone. who know that Jessica would sing Lee Hyori's song.....and wears the same thing as Lee Hyori..

 

Still, the concert is missing Hyoyeon's solo and I wonder what Hyoyeon biases feel about this????

Yeahhhh what a boring show..SNSD dont even have any special stages...while other girl groups performed more than them..The only good thing is they performed last...One more thing is Jessica wearing old outfit and others wear new one...but dont mind cause her outfit for the opening is awesome...

Dont know how Tiffany has done in the Gayo performance...I'm just focusing on Jessica only and cant judge if Tiffany danced badly or not. To me they all dance smoothly and powerful.

 

But when someone makes thread about Tiffany dancing, the comments will go back to Jessica.

What a long setlist for SBS Gayo tonight..Well just hoping to see a great performances from all idols and singers...Hope some pictures of Jessica too and fancams.. especially her interaction with other artists...

 

I wonder how many seconds Jessica (not just her but other members too except TTS)  will appear on TV tonight...I guess they will not sing Express 999 fully..maybe just Taeyeon and Tiffany part...oh welllll...whatever, I'm still like you Jessica...Miss Korea....
