Try find it in google. SNSD got a black ocean in Dream Concert 2008. When they performed on stage, other fandom such as ELF, Cassiopiea & Wonderful turn off the light stick and shout out Wonder Girls name. They never talk about black ocean in tv and this is the first time they talk after 5 years. (Sorry for my broken english)

Honestly, I don't think anyone knows the exact reason. 

Some cite fangirl jealousy because SNSD was close to boy group members (mainly suju and dbsk)

Others say, Suju fans started it because they were upset Tiffany said SNSD don't do subunits because

SNSD is "one" (and they took that to somehow mean Suju isn't). Some also say it was because certain 

members (Jessica and Tiffany) were rude to seniors and needed to be taught a lesson.

 

There were also wildly blown out of proportion rumors of fighting and violence between sone and elf. So

some say it was never about SNSD but other fandoms trying to put sone in their place and their way of doing 

it was to hurt SNSD.

 

I don't think we'll ever really know what compelled each and every person who turned off their lightstick to do so. 

It could've possibly just been them following like sheep.

 

None of these rumors of course excuse what they did because it's just rude and insensitive to do that to a performer.

it was mostly fangirls from other fandoms who committed the Black Ocean. They claimed that Sones teared down Super Junior posters and that some Sones had knives but there weren't any proof of that (MNET? or someone did an investigation where none of the accusations towards Sones came true)

 

i believe it was just jealous fangirls

i can honestly See this,i'm excited to know that Sunny Maybe wanting to start her own entertainment company,i wouldnt be surprised if it was somehow and small merger with SM like how woolim is..
