So… I'm finally back from my trip, and I finally got to backtrack EVERYTHING that went down these past 2 weeks

 

 

I'm not even gonna talk about SM's management, because at this point it is just so unveliabavly frustrating that they have this amazing brand of superstars, and that they decide to manage them this way…. dude, if you are stupid enough to loose footage of your biggest money maker, please don't say it, make other something up, because thats embarrassing as fuck and I really hope it was just an excuse from SM.

 

Now on to the music

 

MR MR IS MY JAM.

Amazing song, loved it at first listen, I'm not even joking, I've been relaying it like crazy.

Other songs from the album are also pretty good, but aside from the tittle track and BackHug I might say that it is not a very memorable mix of songs for me… but that might also be because we are dealing with a mini. 

 

Onto the war of the girl groups….

pfff….. this is just YG being YG and Sm being unavailable stupid.

I didn't really like 2ne1's album that much either, but thats just my opinion. 

I am dying to see them both perform though, thats when the fun begins.

 

Now I'm waiting for the MV, and live performances.

If this reality show thing is real, all the better.

 

All in all, I might like this comeback (musically, tittle track speaking) better than  IGAB, so its all good for me.

Tbh I don't like to see SNSD in "Roommate" if it is really "comfirm". I want them to have their own show. Hoping Girls Generation NOW is a reality show.

it is SBS new variety show where 10 male and female celebrities live together. But it is just rumor.

 

 

It's supposed to be some show where they stick male and female idols in a house and have them live together. And I think Yuri was the one rumored to be one of the idols to participate in this.

I was accepted to study abroad at Seoul National University for the spring semester ^^ I'll be there until the middle of June! I'm sooo excited. I'm hoping I'll get to see the girls at some kind of concert while I'm there!

Figured I'd finally start posting after lurking all this time. I've been a fan of soshi since 2010 and I LOVED Mr. Mr. on the first listen. The whole mini is actually pretty good IMHO. I guess I don't think it's boring because the tempo of a song has never bothered me. For me, if it sounds good, it sounds good lol.

 

I'll be honest though I'm slightly worried. The fact that some people actually think that the girls have been dethroned really unsettles me. How could they possibly think this when NOTHING has even happened yet? And don't even get me started on SM -_-.

When one is on top, everybody wants to bring you down.

 

I think we sone are worrying too much about this SNSD vs 2NE1 thing.

 

First of all, ok there's been a lot of comments comparing both songs and their sales and many people is saying that 2NE1 is winning, but SNSD is not SNSD for nothing, they are not on the top for nothing.

 

This is KPOP and when it comes to idol groups success it has to do with many more things than just a great song, it has to do with perfomance, stage presence, variety skills and many many other thing and we all know who are the QUEENS.

 

2NE1 is a good group but I think comparing them to SNSD is like comparing two different things eventhough they are in the same business.

 

Let's focus on what important, what we enjoy, what we like, they are still the best girl group, because one song or one 1 on 1 with another girl gruop won't dethrone them.

 

Only SNSD beats SNSD.

i just try to think of it the same way as with Lee Hyori, she has no competition in the whole solo POP music business! no matter how much they always pin hyori with other idols from other groups (btw im not talking about other female solo singers, im talking about yknow the kpop world)

 

it's the same with SNSD, people can compare, but we all know whos going down in history as the national girl group! we all know who the general public cares about! (other than the fact that snsd sell loads) the fact that snsd is pretty much the only girl group who is able to have such a big impact in the general public to the point where everyone knows them is something that is unbeatable in my opinion!
