Last year, you called “I Got A Boy†a failure of a song and talked it down so much, but among the critics, the reviews were good and internationally, it of course broke records. Even in Korea, it was in the top 13 in the end of the year charts and top 4 among idols. None of the boy groups that you people suck up to beat ‘I Got a Boy’ on the charts last year.

As for CB performance, I am assuming it's Soul because they already have it. the boys they did mr. taxi which was already a japanese release, and IGAB they did DQ which was made ages ago

Look here: SNSD's was not supposed to be released this week already. But since the album got released by mistake on iTunes, it was released already. It is not TVXQ's fault that some idiot made SNSD's album available on iTunes already. Instead, it is TVXQ's fans who should be mad because TVXQ isn't getting any spotlight at all now.

 

But don't worry. SNSD will win on M Countdown, Music Core and Inkigayo next week. It is only on Music Bank that SNSD may not win: but the main competitor there is Soyu - Some, not TVXQ or 2NE1.

 

Most of the English kpop sites are terrible at reporting news accurately. They mistranslate things all the time and their writers are not smart enough to understand by themselves that they've translated things completely wrong.

In this case, they translated a Korean article which said 1.9 million views, but they mistranslated it as 19 million. Both kpopstarz and Soompi are absolutely horribly bad with numbers.

 

 

For example, Soompi has in the past reported that EXO were gonna hold fan meetings with 7 million fans in Japan, and they've reported that a Big Bang music video got 300 million views in China in a week.

I'm not blaming TVXQ I was ranting against SM's mistakes. TVXQ deserves the spotlight but it does surprise me that we'll top them

All my friends and family here in the US really enjoyed IGAB and Mr.Mr. it seems that these two songs seem to be really popular outside of Korea. I always hear praises of SNSD here in the US. My friends who were never into k-pop became fans of SNSD because of songs like IGAB and Mr.Mr. It's just strange to see that their songs get a good amount of hate in Korea but seem to get a lot praise outside of Korea. I guess when you're one of the most popular groups there are bound to be a lot of haters.
