Hello there!

Will our girls be attending? OMGGGG. I just rewatched the girls' MAMA 2011 perf. I am dying to witness a performance from our OT9 like that again.

I was actually sad that only Hyo and Seobaby were present this year. Hope at the year end specials, our girls will perform as one.

Welcome to the thread! Hmm yeah 2011 mama was pretty big. Gayo Daejun is smaller but does have great performances usually. I think they'll do special stages; maybe SM will make them use some special stages they'll use at the Marchen fantasy thing who knows? It'd be a waste to just perform IGAB in normality and that's it.

'Fashion King Korea' PD praises Tiffany and her aspirations in fashion design

SBS' 'Fashion King Korea' PD shared how impressed he was of Tiffany's passion for fashion!

 

'Fashion King Korea' PD An Sang Nam told Star News on December 6, â€If the featured celebrities didn’t know anything about fashion, we wouldn’t have set up this program… All of the guests have their individual concept and passion for fashion.â€

He revealed a little about the contestants on the show, saying that the celebrities themselves put a lot of energy into the designs. "Although they haven’t majored in fashion, their passion is impressive… While carrying on their schedule, they not only receive help from their coordinators but also take part in the design themselves, showing their high interest."

Though fans know of Tiffany’s work in fashion, the PD shared that her passion is more than just an interest: "In the case of Girls’ Generation's Tiffany, she also has a lot of thoughts on possibly becoming a designer as she has a lot of interest in clothing and design… Even while promoting as TaeTiSeo, she personally took part in coordinating the stage outfits, and as we filmed together, she showed a different image compared to her image as an idol singer… I think that the survival mission is that much more intense… I ask that you anticipate it.â€

This photoshoot was around summer's end in some cafe in Korea, the theme was: On a rest day, challenging a task that they don't usually do. <<< from first page, TL'd the interesting parts only>

 

Tell us about your thoughts with this cake making project.

TY: It's my first time to challenge making an actual cake. Making it with everyone is really fun! Tiffany, you frequently made cake while you were in America, right?

TF: I make them frequently but, as expected, when you're making it from scratch it's difficult.

SN: It was difficult but it was really fun! And me too, when I was young, I baked cake with my older sister frequently.

 

Q:Do you usually cook?

TY: Sometimes, when I'm hungry, I cook.

TF: I cook (chahan)fried rice a lot! When we get hungry, we cook and eat chahan! Sunny makes it.

SN: TY always makes instant ramen for us. Her control/adjustment with the amount of hot water is perfect!(laughs)

TY: I also fry spam. (laughs)

TF: There are a lot of times that I was the one who decided what to eat, right? I'm an order clerk!

SN: Order is your specialty. Sumimaseeeen~, onegaishimasu! (TL:"Excuse me, please!" sunny said it as a thing that you say when you are calling for a waiter to take your order)

TY: After Tiffany had decided for the meal, she will cook for that member who asked. [TF:Macaroni and cheese!!], yes it was like that, macaroni & cheese (laughs) cooking western food is Tiffany's specialty! Since it's really well done, it's delicious.

SN: But since we are busy with work, we rarely have time to cook.

TY: But even in that (busy) time, the one who cooks for us frequently is Yoona. Yoona really likes cooking.

 

Q:Everyone who is busy during the tour, in Japan, have you been able to eat a lot of delicious food?

TF: During the tour, there were different kinds of local gourmet of different places that we ate, but as expected, unagi is no.1! "hitsumabushi"! No matter how many I eat, I won't get tired of it.

SN: You're not sick of it yet? You really like it, huh

TY: What do I like~ I like everything but… Sobameshi was really delicious.

TF: Every member really like tsukemen! And also, the roll cake with lots of cream inside that we ate in Osaka!

TY: Osaka seems to have really delicious food!

SN: When you say Osaka, this last time when we were shooting MV in a studio, there was a takoyaki booth/resto there! Our choreographer worked very hard to make it (laughs)

 

Q: The Japanese cuisine you want to try making?

TF: Chawanmushi? It looks like purin, very cute… it's really delicious! I really want to try making it. How about you Sunny?

SN: Hmmm, as expected cooking is really not my style. But I want to try and challenge a teppanyaki(made on a hot-plate) cuisine. Like okonomiyaki. Sounds fun!

TY: Japanese desserts are the best! So I want to try making japanese desserts. From now on, I will try and eat all the cuisine specialties of the different places that we would be going to!

 

Q: With all the meals that your Mom made for you, is there a meal that you remember?

TF: The one that I remember is, Konchaban, it's tofu boiled/stewed with soy sauce. And also I ate a lot of anchovy. Since it's sweet, it's delicious. When I was a kid, I was wondering why was the anchovy sweet. (laughs)

SN: It seems that, from when I was a kid I ate a lot of fruits. When Mom was still pregnant with me, her morning sickness was really bad, the foods that she hates and likes are really a lot. It was like she only scoops apple with a spoon… And only a slice of other food. And even now, the foods that I like and hate are a lot, it is already like that when I was still in my Mom's womb, it seems like I only really like fruits. (laughs)

TY: For me, it is Mom's prepared dinner for us of fried rice and bibimba. At the place that I was living in, Jeonju, bibimba is really famous. The one that Mom makes is specially delicious!

SN: I may have a lot (of food) that I hate and like, but I like everything that my Mom prepares. Within that, I also like simmered saba(?). Usually, I don't eat fish but the one that Mom prepares is different!

TY: That's right. As expected, a mother's cooking is special..

 

This time when you have a one day off, what is the thing you would like to do?

TY: I want to wake up early, go out and see the sun rise.

TF: I want to go Disneyland! I also went last time, but I want to go again! (laughs)

TY: Just already go and find employment there. (laughs)

SN: While in disguise, I want to try walking in the centre of Myeongdon. Since I only go to Myeongdon by car when there is work there, I want to try walking leisurely one time.

 

Was there a time when you went out with a member only in your rest days?

TF: There is a lot of time but we can't go that far so we just go out somewhere near.

SN: Eat meal, eat dessert, drink tea and a little bit of shopping.

TY: And with that, we go back home, we then eat ice cream. During day off… we always eat. (laughs)

 

When you were kids, how do you past the time during rest days?

SN: When I was a kid, if there was a rest day I would just stay at home. I was an obedient and quiet kid then!

TF: I bathe my self with sun's light and happily swim!

SN: You were an outdoor type.

TY: I'm a vampire. Just in the house lying around/spacing out(something like that???). Just like Sunny, I was an indoor type as a kid.

 

Last question. If there was a plan of fan club to go to a vacation, where would you like to go?

SN: I want to go to Okinawa! We can also play with water in the beautiful seashore. Ah, but hot spring is also good, right. Since it's winter, we go skiing and then after that go to hot spring, that's the best.

TY: I also want to go Okinawa! It's really an amazing place as I've heard of. Its image is like, it is Hawaii. Like a southern country resort.

TF: I want to go with everyone in Hokkaido! I also want to go snowboarding! Before, I always go snowboarding. I also experienced snowboarding in Hokkaido.

 

You really have a plan of eating and going to vacation with japanese fan club…

Everyone: it seems fun!

TY: It's good right, fan club tour!

SN: Enjoy doing winter sports, go into hot spring leisurely with Sone Japan...

TF: Or play game with everyone. And then, how about a camp fire!
