All you people that flip out on every rumor or comments by netizens need to just relax. If something happens or doesn't happen we will deal with it but constant worry doesn't do anyone any good. I get so tired of people reading a few negitive comments and feeling all of Korea has given up on Soshi then reading a few positive ones and feeling the exact opposite. The reality is 75%+ of Soshi fans dont care, dont know or are supportive of Tae's news. Its the few passionate fans on both sides who are the ones who are vocal and post on forums etc and feel the need to shout out to the world their feelings on the subject. So please dont make mountains out of mole hills so much.

Kind of random but does ANYONE have more info on this song? I need this song to be released, it sounds so good  :ahmagah:

Hell ya, this song sounds great. Is it released yet? We all need a studio quality version of this in our lives.

P.S. Sunny/Fany Bora is happening soon right?

Well said. Whoever the creative team is for their Japan stuff should be publicly shamed for their work and just general carelessness. They completely lost the vision that was successful. I've ranted enough on it the last few years I feel like I've been regurgitating the same thing since Oh came out as a lead single.

I don't know if the no special stages tour stuff was really the girls idea or not, they did a ton of them for the one off Marchen Fantasy concert and seemed to really get into preparing them. Special stages are always what fans most look forward to in addition to breaking things up and giving everyone more downtime/rest. In the end nobody is going to be impressed that they perform 100% as 9 or whatever Hyoyeon said the rationale behind it was. lol

For Korean stuff they just need to be more active. If they are only going to do their group promotions for 1 out of every 14 months then It would be nice to see some actual ambition from SM, sub groups, repackages, follow up singes, but I would settle for just the competence not to have any major fuck ups on release.

I agree with most of what you say. I think SM has been incompetent as hell in 2014 with all their artists and creative decisions. There is this perception SNSD is losing ground and other groups are coming up BUT lets look at the facts. Sunny has a daily radio show and is doing musicals. TTS was just about to drop an album. Sooyoung has her MC gig on her TV show. Sica has a hit reality show. Yoona just got cast in a drama. Hyo and Yuri are enjoying time off I guess. As well as the girls are always doing modeling and endorsement gig and sold out concerts. So some people talk about the fall of SNSD but the girls are still more successful and in demand then 10 other groups combined.

Well SNSD is still successful, for example Yoona just got cast in another SM drama the other day. The point though is that in terms of making music people enjoy, breaking new ground as artists, or even just influencing music trends, SNSD is stuck in 2012 and other groups are moving forward.

For example look how influential Girls' Day's 2012 comeback and sexy concept were... at least 6 other groups and subunits followed suit. No one in Girls' Day is going to make as much money as Yoona but there is a sense that the Kpop industry is moving ahead and SNSD is off doing its own thing. It's real.

The horror though is that this might ACTUALLY BE THE PLAN. Establish the girls for a few years, try new things musically, evolve and then hit on a concept around 2010. Once you find the magic formula, export that concept to Japan and keep doing that for the next 5 years. Do arena tours, use the popularity to get commercials and do musicals and radio shows. Basically bleed money through Japanese arena tours and have each girl do little but profitable things like radio shows, musicals etc. Release some music as little as possible to keep the girls popular every year or so, but keep pushing the girls to make money in other promotional areas. 9 girls working 365 whenever possible for SM.

SM might just be keeping the girls stuck circa the extremely successful Genie era, all the music and videos basically sounds and looks the same since IGAB. The last 3 singles from SNSD could be interchangeable with the tracking shots of girls' legs, the random talking in English girls marching in and out of camera frame etc. It almost seems as if SM feels like if they change anything, it could be LESS successful so they're just going to stick with the same thing until they can't sell out concerts or get Yoona parts in dramas any longer.

The fear here is that SM isn't EVER going to evolve the girls or let them do anything else until they literally are not popular any more. And then maybe they try something new. If SM is happy (because in fact SNSD's concerts and promotions bring them a HUGE amount of money) this could be a perfectly legit strat for them for the girls :(

I would credit Sistar with bringing the sexy concept in full swing then I would Girl's Day. SM is cheap and formula driven. As long as they continue to make money I dont ever see this changing sadly. I have no issues with SNSD music though. It was just the MV/Comeback execution that was done so poorly.

SMTown for life. With Krystal being Sica's sister and Sulli being raised/mentored by Taeng/Fany our 2 groups are especially close. I wish you guys the very best and hope things turn out well.

Random: I had a dream last night i was in a race/obstacle course. I made a turn and didnt know which way to run and was freaking out. Suddenly a girl came up and asked if I was ok or needed help. It was Fany with Taeng and Sunny. The dream kinded faded after that but it is still giving me a big smile lol.
