do you guys know when is the start of their japan tour?

 

April 26th. Hope SM won't delay Mr. Mr until mid March, or they won't get any rest before the tour.

They can still have all March + 2 weeks of April if that's even possible.

 

Yea, then expect messy performance, ill fitting outfits, and basic stage for their 3rd Japan tour. They'll be tired as hell, has no time for more practice, and all other preparations.

SM won't make SNSD comeback only for a few weeks of promotion. Expect at least one full month, so even if the album is released in early March, the promotion is to overlap in April. At this point, we should take anything extra as a bonus...

 

And the fact that the tour will be half-assed again is basically a given tbh. I wouldn't expect much from the production itself, while the outfits depend only on their stylists (so it's not really related to the time given by SM to prepare the tour). As for practicing, the girls have probably started long ago.

 

 

Sorry for ranting, i'm just annoyed with SM time management. Not trying to start argument

super exciting, i just ordered 2 album of Mr. Mr. one w/tube poster and one w/o.... should expect it on march 3

 

Where did you buy it? I ordered the one with poster from YesAsia, it says album and poster may arrive at different times. This is my first time buying from there, is it usually like that?

i bought from Yesasia too, it said to be expected on March 3. I bought there many times, they're pretty decent w/shipping time. for me, CDJPN is the best. they're fast.

This is the issue. We should have been at 5 million already. Two unofficial MVs already have over 1 million views.

And there is a fake dance version on Youtube that has half a million views.

 

 

 

 

Unfortunately the only one who can report copyright infringement on Youtube is the copyright owner (SM).

We can report them, but YT will ignore it. Can't do anything until SM take action and reported them.

.......none of these are my fave but performed with energy they can slay I think. Should've been Reflection or TGE or even goddam BADGIRL not Mr.Taxi man....I wanted it to be a slay ass pussypop song ,

Yeah I've watched it a few more times since posting and what you say does make sense, its meant to be trippy. But it still kinda seems, I dunno, lacking in "anchor" points. If you look at almost any SNSD MV, you know where the dances are, where you fave pops up, where something funny/silly happens etc so you can zip around the MV at key moments either when watching it or remembering it.

 

In Mr Mr, its all kinda scrambled up. Other than the girls looking nice, there aren't any real "wow"/key moments. It kinda reminds me of some western MVs which is just them singing/rapping while doing an activity (eg Moves like Jagger is damn catchy song but the MV is forgettable even though there’s lot of stuff going on, theres nothing that ingrains itself into your mind). People may hate on box MVs esp in Kpop but sometimes there’s a reason why people remember them more than some story MVs, they contain very memorable moments. Just my 2pence

 

One of Snsd strong point is their choreo, maybe that's what's missing in the MV. There's not enough dance shot, but at the same time, it makes me even more looking forward for their live performance.

LOL I think I've been seeing this "they are flopping" comments for years now, especially last year. I don't really pay much attention to rankings and stuff, but I think there's a lot of people who are extra harsher this year because of the SNSD vs. 2ne1 thing.

 

Also, I'm actually in love with "Mr. Mr." Personally, this is one of their best releases in South Korea and I've been jamming to it nonstop since last week.

 

I think Mr. Mr album is an improvement to their previous Korean albums. Enjoyed it just as much as their Japanese ones.
