Fan Event for SG Tour

 

FAN EVENTS for Soshi’s Solo Concert in SINGAPORE 2013~

 

Hi all SG SONEs!

 

So by now many of you may have heard that we are doing some simple fan events for the girls when they come to Singapore on 12th October. Apologies that it has taken a while to finalize the events as things have been really hectic.

 

Without further ado here are the events we plan to execute:

 

1. Banner event 1:

We need manpower to help with distribution of the banners, especially those who are seated and do not need to queue. So if you’re willing to come down earlier to help out, do let me know! ^^

 

3. Flashlight event

 

All SONEs to turn on their flashlight, activate the blinking function and raise it during the song to create a shimmering effect. The flashlight app can be easily downloaded, I’m pretty sure most of them have the blinking function but just in case, mine is called ‘Brightest LED Torch’ but it can be found simply by typing ‘flashlight’ on the app market search bar! (first on the search results~) OR We will be providing instructions for that on an instruction paper given out on that day too but basically there is no specific app we require you to use. As long as there is a function for ur flash to blink at a speed that is controllable, it should be fine and i believe it is very easy to find these apps on both playstore and apple app store as long as you own a smartphone with a camera flash.

4. Sing ITNW before the encore

 

As Taiwan SONEs have done this before, we hope to do this here in Singapore as well. We’ve received feedback regarding originality but we wish to follow suite for this particular event, we don’t regard ourselves as competitors between countries, but rather one united fandom singing the same song for our girls. Besides, the first song of the encore stage is ITNW, so there is no better song for us to sing but ITNW. Honestly, who wouldn’t want to sing along to Soshi’s ever first song in the concert together with Soshi LIVE! An honour for me, how about u?

 

We plan to get a few whistles for people at the moshpit. When the whistle is blown, that is the cue for you to start singing from the chorus.

 

5. “Wishes†event

 

Pardon my event naming LOL. If you all have heard of those huge white wish balls they throw into the river during new year where you write wishes on them? Well we plan to have something similar to that but with many balls and a little smaller than that (36 inches), for SONEs to write their wishes and encouragements to SNSD before the concert starts. We ARE SONE after all, and SONE means wish, so how fitting it is to show our sincerity by telling them our wishes…. not for ourselves, but for them ^^ We will deflate the balls and bring them in and they will be blown up before the song Him-nae starts and are passed down from the back seats to the girls on stage for them to read our message and play with the beach balls.

 

However this event remains tentative because of the high cost as there is a need to import them in from overseas as Singapore does not produce the specifications of beach balls we require. On top of that, relatively high coordination is required and there is some risk of getting stopped by security. Our plan is to appoint Event Leaders from each section of the terrace areas (preferably situated at the back, or able to instruct someone at the back) to be in charge of obtaining the messages and well-wishes from SONEs much earlier before the concert starts, keeping the balls and blowing them up fully at the right time before Him-nae starts. This leader is expected to be situationally aware of what he/she has to do, and in the right time, be able to coordinate the execution of the event. The expected cost for this will be an estimate of slightly over $500 if we also consider getting the pumps for the people… I mean we can’t be expected to blow by mouth as it would require a great deal of effort and time haha. Finally, it remains up to the majority to decide how much they want this event to happen ^^

What the donations will be used for

 

The amount we are looking at is around $1,000+ for the banners which are enough for every single person that attends the concert both seated and mosh (we are reaching that amount!), and AT LEAST an additional $500 if everyone decides they want to work together to make the ‘wishes’ event happen. Initially we posted an amount lower than that, but we’re planning to increase the amount of banners to be printed.

This are the reasons why I think they are also having their Korean Comeback SOON

 

1. The JP PV was filmed already (before Sica went to Dark hair and also Sunny) so they cant change their looks for a PV who was already filmed

(I think that PV will be released very soon) They never change of hairstyles just for a JP release, its something they always do for a KR Comeback.

 

2. Leaker Sooyoung said on SIA the girls will be back soon with good music and good performances. Why would leaker Choi say something like this in a KOREAN event if she is talking about a JP release?
