Because SoMessy Ent thought that this whole mess isn't messy enough and decides to not put in the appropriate tags in the MV

people said that each IP will count only as one view. So probably, if you view the video twice, it will only count as one,

Does that mean over 3million people already watched the mv? Lol no

It is a possibility, it has happened before with One Direction and Miley MV where the views were credited very very slowly when in fact the statistics page gave a clear view later on of the amount they got in the first days.

more maybe but I don't think 10-20. The boys had sth like 3.5 and IGAB 5 million in one day. Mr Mr could do a bit better but not so much.

 

And they definitively corrected the tag. Now when written Girls Generation, the video show up
