I seriously don't understand why some KPOP fans do this

Recommended Posts

"France loves you"

"China loves you"

"Indonesia loves you, N!!!!!!!"

"N oppa, Malaysia Sarang you!"

Or anything along that lines. I've seen it many times, but only recalled when I saw it on N's Twitter. No hate I just don't understand why someone would try to represent their own country. Idk but I'll feel uncomfortable speaking on behalf of my own country. I know they don't always necessarily mean it literally, but still ???? I know there are ppl annoyed bc I do see some "lol no I'm German and I don't like BTS" or (something like that) replies.

If you've ever done that, im not shaming u, I want to know ur reason. There are many ways to express love for an idol so idk why many fans choose this method! Just curious esp bc I don't understand. If y'all think u know why, idk leave some replies too.

I do agree, it's fucking absurd but I do think it's their way to show the global reach of the group? They want the member to know that they have a fan in, said country?

Ah yeah then i agree too, except idk why they must still use "France loves you" instead of stuff like "come to France" "any Chinese fans here?" And any other ways. I'm not rly complaining too much anyway, just asking. I don't think it'll change anytime soon. Thanks for the reply ^^

In principle I agree, but in practice fans do this because they know probably their idol does not know a lot of English so "France loves you" is a lot easier to get across than "I am a French fan who really likes your music."

or maybe they just do it for no real reason / for fun :ninja:
