The MelOn chart rise at night and its believed "lol fangirls"

I always hear the same old generalized view that when a boy group song rises at night, that it's the dedicated fangirls at work. THEY CAME BACK FROM SCHOOL. Insecure fans use it to shit on groups because, "public doesn't like it over my faves :P". So I was watching the chart for a second, you know, to see how my faves were doing cause why not, I'm not going to make a 100 threads about it to feed my ego, and they are at third currently. And I was like, oh, joy, I can see the age range. I watched the 3-4AM marks.

And not only is there a higher percentage of MALES, the female percentage are women (and men) in their 20s at the most, with 10s and 30s in equal amounts (30s leading). Some throwaway 40s.

So basically people are talking out of their ass for the most part or they just automatically assume it's tweeny/teen fans?

Those statistics are for the last 24h though, not for the night... so it could be that only 20k/50k fans are listening during the night, and it could be the younger fans too. There is no way to know... The key point during the night is that there are less streamers so you can get to the top positions with relatively few listeners for the hour.

because the the first thing men in their 20s would be doing at 3 am is streaming infintes song. Next

WOW, what a riveting and astounding discovery, omgggggg. Yet you provide shit explanation for it.

And the other insecure bitch asses for quoting you when you have such negs in your profile, lol, fucking obvious.

NEXT please, give me someone knowledgeable.

Do you expect them to say something else now after you made your thread ? It's useless and people believe what they want to believe anyways and can come up with 6541651 theories to defend it, prove is the comments above  ..so yeah, useless

Infinite is an old groups that's why is normal most fandom is in their 20s. Most boybands songs rise during night, because the number of total listeners drops, but fans keep streaming all night. So with less listeners, you can top the charts at those hours. I'm not saying that Infinite don't have public recognition, they HAVE! but fandoms are really dedicated. The thing that systematically all boybands rise at night, don't tell you something?

Also isn't Infinite popular with boys? Boys can be part of the fandom too. They are always in the "Top idol by the gay community" charts lol

ANYWAYS their new song is a bop.

Idg the point of your thread... like this still shows that the song goes up during the night and has a very low amount of unique listeners, which indicates that its charting is fandom driven.

Also your 4 am screencap really doesn't show anyhing interesting

The point is that people assume it's tween girls doing their best, but the percentage show otherwise? I mean, there's even some 30s range.

So what age constitutes public interest?

No age constitutes public interest (not solely anyway), the amount of listeners does. And it's pretty low for the song. I mean, regardless of it being men or tween girls, fans are streaming to make the song go up at night, and you can see that even from your screencap

So then if the highest percentage is on the 20s female range in the daytime for songs, like what happens at night, we are to say that the former is more of the public despite being in the same age area cause of the amount of listeners?
