You don't need a CAF for anime/video game badges. Those are for artists/actors etc. You either have to wait until next awards season to suggest the character(s), or you need to purchase the new anime badge item with platinum tokens. I don't know if that gives you an anime unique, or it makes it available to everyone as a purchasable badge, though.
