Why am I feeling this way ?

This is not the right place to write this but..I really need to let this out.

Yesterday , I was feeling very sad without any reason , I slept the whole day and I just felt like something was wrong and that something bad happened , I went to sleep early and I woke up in the middle of the night feeling even more sad than I used to be , I checked my Twitter and I realized that a girl I follow died ( I don't even know how or when did that happen , I just knew that she passed away and after searching a bit , she's indeed dead ) I can't stop crying and I feel terrible , I feel like I've known her or that if she didn't pass away we could have met..my heart hurts so much..why am I feeling this way ? Did something similar ever happen to some of you ?

Sometimes people can be sad for no apparent reason and finding someone died is surely going to depress you further, so it is ok to be sad every now and then but if you still feel sad the following days you should try to go out and talk with some friends/family about how you feel. It might not appear to be a great solution but sometimes you just need to let this type of stuff out and someone to offer support.
