And now, the former child actor has been arrested after allegedly throwing a bong from her apartment's window. The incident took place Thursday night in Bynes's Midtown apartment. According to NBC New York, police were called to the apartment building after receiving a report about a disorderly person, who, as it turned out, was Bynes. Upon seeing the police, Bynes tossed her bong out her window. She was promptly arrested. She was arrested on charges of reckless endangerment, tampering with evidence and criminal possession of marjuana. She was later taken to Roosevelt Hospital for a psychiatric evaluation.
