It's a face mask that you can wear overnight and wash off in the morning and it leaves your skin feeling nice and plump. I really recommend this if you have dry skin. I would also recommend Dr. Jart's Ceramidin Cream for moisturizing the skin, especially if you have dry, flaky, and sensitive skin.
