I use to eat everything in the house when I was stressed...didn't even get to enjoy it either because I ate so fast. What is recommend is just get rid of food like that, unhealthy food and have lots of pre-prepared health food around so when you feel the urge to eat a lot, you will fill up quickly on good food (wraps, salads, stir frys, etc). Once you go off bad carbs and sugar for a while you just stop craving it but if it's always in the house this is hard.
