LOL, why did you take engineering then?! Haha xD

Lmao I'm in the same situation as her/him. Doing computer engineering but I'm bad at math  so far my strategy has been ace the subjects unrelated to math and try to pass the math ones

In my country, you have to take two years of advanced maths (classes prépas) before taking final exams to enter engineering schools. Your rank in those exams will determine which schools and which majors you can be accepted in. Some students retake the second year if they're not satisfied with their results.

ps: it's my fourth year working as a civil engineer now, my studying years were a rollercoaster but it's nice memories.

I love my course. Thank god i didnt choose one based on things like money or grades, im very happy now.

Me too...I'm a theatre major and in my last year and wouldn't change it for any thing. People always look down on my major and other arts majors, but I don't care. Because I have real world experience in my career I can get a job really quickly because Ive done so much stuff

I can understand where they're coming from. Today is really not easy to choose something that make you feel accomplished and at the same time giving you a stable income..

And these..

It's different from what I expected

The major has low employment rate

The major isn't preferred by companies

There are too many things to learn

The content is far from the reality

...are basically the same reasons why I regret choosing my major *sigh*. The struggle is real.
