i would argue taste for my 2nd choice. i think it could be a double edged sword. you won't get addicted to sugar or sweets if you lose it.

Sight and Hearing are a lot more important than the others.

Losing the taste would be so sad. You eat but you can't enjoy it (VANILLA ICE CREAM ).

Losing the smell means that you won't have to handle those horrible odour but also the ones you liked. Chicken VANILLA.

Losing the touch... You won't have the feeling to caress an animal... I WANT TO LOSE NONE

But I would say the touch
