Technically it is possible, but it would require her to withdraw (or die) and in either case some states may then refuse to change the ballot with the new candidate, so states with Republican leaning justices may vote against changing the ballot. If you look at battleground states like Ohio or Florida the state supreme courts are overwhelming Republican-leaning. Then you get to states which explicitly disallow a change. Michigan prob would not change ballot and then would force electoral voters to vote Hillary at the December electoral convention which would make it increasingly possible no candidate gets to 270 electoral votes and could see Congress then choose the President...
