Have you tried uninstalling Chrome and installing it back in?

Yes. ;_;

Do you get this type of error when you use other browsers?

Yes, I tried using Firefox and it still came up.

try to perform a system restore if possible too.

I did, but it said that the system restore failed???

Since it's not just specific to that one browser then it definitely seems like malware. If you are able to somehow download a malware removing program, do that. If not, then you might just have to do a clean wipe. Hope you've backed your shit up!

And if system restore fails, then you gotta reinstall your OS, LOLLLL. It's ok you don't have to actually.

If you can't download malware removal programs and if there's a different computer in your house, download whatever program to remove it (I suggest you use several as one can't get them all, do malwarebytes, combofix and blah blah) from other computer and transfer exe file to your computer with USB.

P.S. norton sucks, do not renew your subscription

I'm a loser in technology but my brother always helps me fix things when something happens. I can ask him when he comes home...if you are still experiencing the same problem then :) Sorry, not very helpful atm...

EDIT: My brother said to uninstall Norton and then download Microsoft Security Essentials. Run a scan using it and if there aren't any problems, restart your computer. If there is a problem, do a system restore to the previous point when your computer doesn't have a problem. Hope it helps you even though I don't really know what all this means HAHA :)
