well i work 20hrs and I am taking 16 credits (4 classes with 3 classes having labs integrated  ), but at the end of the day we all have different lives and situations. There could be health reasons or the person does not want extra workload. So I don't respect anyone less no matter what decision they make

Sometimes you're on campus and there aren't opportunities to get 20 job hours of work. And some classes are seriously intensive, you have to spend a lot of time out of class working on the material so yea, I'd still respect someone who isn't doing all of that.

My parents asked me to focus on my classes instead of taking a job so I don't do jobs at all. I'll respect either choice.
